Deni 5540 Automatic Soft-Serve Ice-Cream Maker

Works great ,ice cream is thick and creamy Love it

This product does not work, do not buy it. I followed the directions to the letter and the ice cream mixture never set up, it stayed completely liquid. I tried 3 times with 3 different recipes, to no avail. I even tried putting the canister in the deep freezer for well over 24 hours and ran the machine until it over heated and turned of automatically, and the mixture still remained liquid. Do not waste your time or money on this machine.

Maker doesn't completely get the mix to turn into ice cream. It pours out of the spout into a bowl, and then I have to put it in the freezer to make it into ice cream. Don't know exactly why it doesn't work, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We have had this for over 6 months now and love it we use it several times a week and it hasnt failed us yet doesnt get the icecream stiff enough for a good sized cone but whatever would buy again!!!

It works okay but the design is a little lacking. It didn't really freeze to soft serve consistency, more like a milkshake.

Did exactly what the instructions said, however it just made cold soup cream not ice cream. DOES great for mixed drinks however thats why I put the rating so high.

Followed the instructions to the letter; used recipes from the booklet; watched YouTube videos. Paddle makes terrible noise and doesn't turn properly; grinding noise from motor; never set up beyond the soupy stage. After two days of working with this, I give up. Sadly, this thing simply doesn't work. Also, you can't imagine how tedious the clean-up is!

Over heat too quickly, very hard to put together & take apart for cleaning. The dispenser was a joke.
