This product was shipped quickly and was as expected. I like this product because it seems more.nstural than many calcium supplements. When I take it on a regular basis, the cramps i get in my feet and lower legs go away. When I don't take it they come back.

I've been taking this brand of calcium and magnesium on and off for about three or four years. The best thing about it is the way it helps me sleep when I take it before bed.

The best part is I can get my correct dosage of 1200 Calcium and 600 Magnesium in four average sized tablets. Many other brands are huge and require cutting to swallow the tablets. These are easy to swallow as is and do not leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Along with the calcium and the magnesium you also get some great veggies with each dose. An excellent product in my estimation.

I really like this calcium supplement. I've tried many others before I found this one and they usually upset my stomach and made me nauseous, but without a calcium supplement my bones would ache. This is the only one I found that helps my bones and doesn't upset my stomach. I love it.

At last I found a calcium that is easy to swallow. 2 gives you 500 milligrams of calcium and 250 magnesium.This is in tablet form nicely tapered.

They've added cheaper forms of magnesium and calcium to pad this out for some reason- calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide. I've pretty much very nearly avoided pooping the bed just now thanks to the magnesium oxide. To do this a supplement company must be doing pretty bad! AVOID!

Nice additional supplement for my bones.
