ALMOST AS GOOD AS HOMEMADE
THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT FOR MAKING AUTHENTIC CHOPPED LIVER AND IT IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. IT IS SOMEWHAT LACKING IN THE ONION UNDERTONE YOU GET FROM HOME MADE SO I JUST ADD MORE ONION TO THE LIVER.

Chicken schmaltz is practically impossible to find in grocery stores, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. Now I can make matzo brei for Passover like my Mom used to.
