I really love this scooter. I was sceptical all the way up to it's arrival after reading some of the negative reviews but I've now used it twice and am comforted by the fact that it outdid all my expectations. I'm a lightweight person (the smallest adult male I know of at 5'4" and weighing only 8 st) so those estimates it gives about 25 km and roughly an hours use, it totally blew out of the water on both tries. I get closer to 3 hrs than the one that is estimated and a good deal more than 25 km distance while doing so. The speed is still accurate sadly at 15 mph but even that feels kinda nippy for a scooter. It doesn't like bumps - even small ones (makes loud clangs if you hit one too quickly) so you have to look ahead and plan your route using the thumb throttle to adjust your speed if a bump is inevitable and by bump I mean the smallest of pebbles or even a raised edge of a paving slab. All but the flattest of lowered curbs will cause a nasty clatter if you don't slow right down but after a short time you get used to it and stop thinking about that. You learn what it can and can't do and adjusting becomes like 2nd nature. Slowing doesn't even matter because it takes seconds to be back on your way at full speed. I ride a Honda but if I only need a swift shop run or trip to town, it's so much easier to just grab this scooter and be out the door than to take the cover and locks off, then start and warm the engine, get where I gotta go and then find parking. This scooter eliminates all that bother for just a short trip. All in all...It's a great little way to get around and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. PLUS it's kinda fun.Scrap all that...Back of mine snapped off too. Just like the others. Of course I don't ride mine at night so I just snipped the wires and ride it without rear light and mud guard. Still sucks though.

Takes me places not too far. Battery lasts for about 2/3 days if you use of 1 hour and30 mins each day which is fairly good. The app however does not work and never worked for me at all, so just deleted it.Edit: -One year later-It’s still functioning good when I want to be lazy and go to park and have a ride, however I don’t use it as much as before, as it’s been a lazy year and realise I need something to actually move my legs, therefore I prefer to walk. I have noticed Tim comparison to other scooters, this one makes a lot of noise and isn’t as smooth, lots of bumps when on roads. So wouldn’t recommend, would recommend to get a better quality scooter.

Im 50 ( states 16 to 50 years only ... lol ) and 90 kilos, which means going up hill ... i have too walk. daughter who is 60 kilos , can go up the hill but i can actually walk faster.Battery life is good, 3 settings for speed which is useful to start with and then its on fast everytime but starts slow, The connection via bluetooth is abit flacky and its doesnt lock so you need a chain if you leave it out side a shop. brakes are good and the electric front brake doesnt bite so you can use it without throw you over the top.as a toy its fun, as a method of transport .... mmmmm not really, its needs abit more power to be a fun toy to get you to the office

Good fun little scooter for weekend and leisure use. The ride is quite hard as there is very little suspension and solid tyres. Holds charge well and lots of good feature for price. App only has locations on map in Chinese. Quite heavy if carrying but folds to go in car. For daily commuting I would go for something higher end with better suspension, but perfect and nippy for fun leisure usage.

Bought to commute back and forth to work, only arrived today so haven’t had much time on it, very nippy little thing and stable and solid, yet to see how good the battery life is. Just tried it along a cycle track near home, said battery was 80% when delivered, I was out for an hour maybe a bit longer and the charge ran out whilst scooting back home doh!! But pleased with it up to now 👍 I’ve since travelled to work and back on a single charge and still had half battery life remaining 👍👍 work and back is 8 miles approximately

Hi had problems with rear mudguard can you replace it with anyone or does it have to be the make of the model any help be greatfull

I use the scooter for getting around London at busy times like rush hour school run and to my local supermarket the scooter is very reliable and safe it’s so much quicker to use the scooter the best thing about it is the app that you can download that can control the scooter as well I don’t know if it was myself or it was hard to connect to the app but I found the app so much fun it tell you how fast your going and if you want to scooter to do different things all in all couldn’t be without it
