Disappointed
My husband and I fought about purchasing this vacuum. He wanted a different brand that got great reviews and I wanted Dyson which always has great reviews. Well, this machine does not deliver it’s promises. I am so tired of hearing from my kids, husband etc “This is a piece of junk, it picks up nothing!!!” I have defended my choice of vacuum... but after a year of disappointment and marital distress, I have to lower myself and admit to my husband that he was right. 😭

THE most amazing cleaning tech I have owned!!
I bought my Dyson from Macy's on sale for $269. I never, in a million years, would spend this much on a vacuum...except a friend brought her's over to show me how amazing it is and WOW. I got one the next day (today). I have really bad allergies (cats and pretty much everything else), asthma, and I have three cats. I knew my current vacuum wasn't cutting it because my nose is constantly stuffy when I'm home but never when I'm away. I vacuumed with my old vacuum one day ago (Windtunnel) and then vacuumed this morning. The dyson got about 5 cups of cat hair, dust, and dander out of my carpets... and we have only lived here for about a month! I cannot recommend this enough! Look for a good sale and just get it-- it is so worth it. It's easy to use, lightweight, and not loud at all. Most of all, I know my carpet is actually clean now. Also-- I can go straight from the carpet to the hard floors using the trigger on the handle. Seriously-- I love vacuuming now!
