Scotts S20210 SYNC Lithium-Ion Cordless String Trimmer, 20-volt

Pretty happy but only lasted 2 months short of 3 years before the guard around the spindle broke and then the line gets tangled up making it unusable. Parts not available to fix it. Warranty replacement denied even though it claims a 3 year warranty. Sad thing is I will buy another one while they are still available because I already have invested in multiple batteries, chargers, and other tools that use these batteries and will experiment with 3D printing the part to fix the old one or to fix it if the same thing happens to the new one.

It worked great... at first. After 1-2 months of use, I went to plug the battery into it and powered on. Nothing happened. When I put the battery into the charger, it didn't show it was charging. I'm not sure if it is an issue with the battery or the charger but either way I can't use it without a powered battery. If I manage to get those replaced and have no problems after I will update my review. As it stands though it only worked for a very short time and I'm extremely disapointed.

Purchased last year and still working. Light weight allows one to use without working to hard.

The battery no longer takes a charge. I have plenty of lithium battery operated tools that last for a couple years without a battery replacement that sees 10X the use. Disapointing

Charge only lasts about 1/2 an hour.

Love it. Easy to handle and does a good job.
