Despite the massive size of the box that includes everything it was a flawless and fast delivery.No issues whatsoever and everything working as intended.Chicco Trio is, in my opinion, one of the best choices when looking for a non-expensive full travel system.

Hope your system arrives intact!
Be warned, if anything is wrong / damaged you will not be able to get a replacement or refund.We bought our system in November and contacted Chicco when we realised the popper was broken on the cover so it would not sit on the pram properly. They said it will be replaced in march. Still nothing despite email after email to them. Shockingly bad customer service.

Not for winter and chunky babies
My boy is 4 months old and he already dies not fit into bassinet, which is very small and narrow. I guess this pram not suitable for winter as baby wears snow suit, that's why he dies not fit. Such a dissapointment((. Also the wheels are so bad on the roads and turning manoeuvres is really awful.Do not recommend
