Great for stretching, flexibility and technique
This is a really simple to use tool to help pitchers (probably other players too) increase their flexibility and stretch pre-game or pre-practice. It's also helpful for reinforcing technique because it makes it awkward to pitch side arm or over the head without the proper bend of the arm.We have only used it outdoors up to this point, but it includes a connection that allows it to be used indoors with a door.My only complaint is that it comes with practically zero literature. The manufacturer has videos online and there are a number of user-posted videos on YouTube, but it would be helpful to ship with a chart of exercises or drills.

baseball bungee cord
This is great way to work the arm and build strength. My son uses it to work his pitching arm. Takes sometime to learn how to use it appropriately. Great product.

Can't Evaluate
I can't really rate this product. It was purchased as a for a friend who lives in a foreign country and could not buy it himself.

Good for shoulders
Bought it to stretch and exercise my shoulders ... It helps! Have strained both my shoulders and partially torn rotated cuffs on both ...this helps in the recuperation.

Probably best for younger athletes
It doesn't have the resistance that it should have. Plain and simple, it's not a Jaeger Band.

more for young skill training or rehab, than strengthening
just received this trainer, but looks like it will work great for teaching form and arm angles to my young kids. the rubber has pretty light resistance, so Strengthening would be light. better for younger kids 6-10yr... or for someone trying to rehab a rotator cuff or elbow injury

Useful physiotherapy adjunct
Useful physiotherapy adjunct. Limited by fact that the latex tube is not replaceable with a lighter or stronger grade of latex therefore early stage rehab is limited. But very good method of loading the upper limb kinetic chain - grip, wrist extension, glenohumeral medial/lateral rotation, scapular stabilisation.
