The media could not be loaded.  The holidays are coming, and gift giving season is in. This is the time that you shouldn’t let go of good deals. I was in the market for inexpensive camcorders to be given to members of family who are aspiring videographers when I found this product. One of my nephew has been longing to have a vlogging camera with good mic, and this seems to fit the bill. Please see my video for unboxing and sample footage.The package contains the basics that you need to start vlogging. Two batteries, an HDMI cable, remote, charging cable, carrying pouch, a shotgun mic, and the camcorder. The camcorder is just the perfect size to carry around, it is just the size of my palm (I have a medium size hands). The build quality looks good and is comparable to expensive cameras. The hand strap is a good addition to prevent accidental drops. I have a spare SD card, so I was able to immediately test some short footages. Using the default settings out of the box already looks good. The white balance may seem delayed in catching up in different lighting scenarios, but if you have constant lighting, everything looks beautiful. Looking at the menu, there are tons of options to make your footage look better, but if you’re afraid to tinker, then the defaults will do just fine. The microphone do give a better audio quality, but the built in mic will do just fine as long as the subject is close to the camera.Overall, this is a great camera for the price. I do have expensive cameras, and honestly this camera is NOT professional grade. But if you’re an amateur or aspiring vlogger who wants to get started without the hassle of complicated configurations, then you should get this camcorder to start

I spent 3 weeks with the camera and here is my verdict. While the camcorder is good whenever it works I need something reliable. First and foremost if you're going to purchase this model camera buy the one without the touch screen because it has a horrible interface. The buttons are tiny and the touch screen is basic as can be. For the amount of money I spent, which was well over a hundred dollars, a tripod should have been included. The 4K might as well be removed if there are only 30 frames per second. Anyone looking for a cheap camera shouldn't need 4K in my opinion. If you're a professional who makes good money purchase a name brand 4K camera. The 1080p 60 frames per second looked great for what I needed. I believe I spent way too much on the touchscreen version of this product. Also, the microphone is muffled if you're too far back. At negative ten decibels and my voice was hardly recognizable while plus ten decibels gave too much feedback. I originally planned on using the camcorder to stand at least 6 feet away but with the microphone included I would not recommend it. I bought this camera to video my son’s sporting events and also for a work-related project. I needed something easy-to-use and compact. This camera doesn’t disappoint! I did have to read the manual to figure out how to adjust exposure but everything else was self-explanatory (would be nice to have auto-adjust especially for outdoor shooting but not a huge deal). For amateur use, the video and audio quality are good. I do wish it had a touch screen because getting through the menu with an up & down button can be annoying. I haven’t used the microphone so can’t review it. Other than that, great camera for the price!

If I could I would rate it a 0 star. My son took me to Greenbay Wisconsin to watch the Greenbay Packers vs Panthers their Home Game . A once in a life time experience for my birthday. I bought this camcorder just for this special day I fixed the camcorder by the book even took it with me to make sure I did thing's right. Well when the game started I started using the camcorder and after a little while I checked the video out, damn I got so mad. It ONLY recorded a very small amount and NO SLOUND AT ALL. Thank GOD for cell phones I had to use my phone for the rest of the game. I was gonna return it but I lost one of the battery's. I've owed a lot of camcorders and I've never had one this bad. So don't waste your money on this junk I wish I hadn't. Hell I never even get a chance to try the night vision so when we got back to our Hotel I just threw it in the bag I bought just for it and it's been there ever since.
