Overall I am satisfied with what I had paid for, As you long as you set the expectation right, it is good. After all you saved at least a hundred dollars comparing to other models on the market.Cons:- It came with the rear shift wire fell off (defect) and the rear gears were useless when it was arrived. I needed to spend some time to repair the bike. It is a brand new bike, but you need to fix something before you can use it.- The charger goes very *HOT*. Be caution!! In the first charging attempt, it went so hot that I couldn't touch it. The seller insists it is normal. However, I don't feel safe and will shop for a different charger myself. In the mean time, I move the charger onto metal surface (like heat sink), prepared a fan and disconnect it whenever it is getting too hot. That said, if the battery is not empty, it charges with lower current and generates less heat. It may be okay for some people- Heavier than other frames in the market.- The battery is covered with some white glue only. Perhaps it is typical for those models with battery in a bag. I was a bit surprised to see it the first time.- The warranty and return policy is not very clearly posted on Amazon website I think. You have to ask the seller to find out. This is for your protection!Pros:- fast shipping.- The build quality of the bicycle is better than I expected for this price.- Seller includes some handy tools to help my repair.- Seller responses quickly. Usually they give you a reply in 24 hours. Whether they helpful or not is a different story.If something change, I'd certainly update the review

Bike was easy to adjust for friend's size. Battery is powerful; he has ridden up to 17 miles on flat ground. Battery charges fast. Not long after he got the bike he started having trouble with charging so an electrician looked at it and found there was a wire damaged by all the cable being stuffed into one side of cover. Electrician was easily able to repair and reassemble. This was the only glitch. But it can be a big one if you have to have to have battery worked on or replace it. Friend is devoted to bike though.

Riding the bike is a constant hassle. The parts are always shaking loose, it is unbalanced, and made with cheap metal. Also the seller refuses to return messages about getting issues fixed.

Honestly this bike surpassed my expections. Range is great, and quality is really good.I don't believe it's mentioned but the bike actually has cruise control so it will keep the throttle engaged and disengage whenever you pull either break lever which is a nice touch.Only issue with the bike is that the front disc break needed some adjustment out of the box as it was slightly rubbing even when the brake wasn't engaged.All in all, very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this bike recently to ride from the train to work. So far so good it has met my expectations so far. It's great going up hill with pedal assist and it moves. I haven't had any problems with it yeat cause it's still to soon and I hope it doesn't have any. I recommend this bike for short commute it holes up, great job to the maker.

Bike is a perfect as described! Goes up to 21 mph. Only problem I had was with the inner tube. It was snapped and had to take off the entire back wheel which can take a while to put back on. But if you’re handy enough it’s doable

Excellent! It really helps me get around! My only complaint is that one of battery straps isn't long enough.

so i got the bike and the derailer is bent inwards into the rear spokes of the bike, the screws for the light are missing battery cover is on and the tools were not made for this bike so they work horrendously and i cant take the battery cover off so it wont charge
