This crinoline was the perfect finishing touch for my Halloween costume. It sits low on the hips. It was comfortable to sit on and was the correct amount of poofy. Definitely recommend getting this with the steampunk costume.

I gave this a 4 star due to the price. In my opinion it wasn’t worth 20 bucks but there’s nothing wrong with this product. It was the boost I needed to go with my steampunk outfit.

I ordered the small/medium and while it fit well around the waist (I'm 5'6" and 170lbs) it was a little shorter than I'd have liked and I had to pull it way down in order to get it to show under my dress. This waist size with an extra 3 inches length would have been perfect. Other than that, it was great. I hung it up as soon as I got it and it looked perfect under my dress once I got it in place. Glad I got it as it added a nice touch to my steampunk skirt. Will be great with other costumes as well and I'm sure I'll use it again.

I ordered this petticoat in white to wear beneath the Steampunk costume sold by the same company. It was almost perfect. I deducted 2 stars, because the petticoat arrived in a bag that wrinkled it so much, that I couldn’t tell the front from the back, and it’s a hi-lo design. Fortunately, I have a steamer, and was able to smooth it out enough to lay properly beneath the costume. Also, there were a couple of small tears in the tulle, and the fit in the waist was a little large. For reference, I have a 24 inch waist, and ordered the petticoat in the S/M. I was able to take in the waist and repair the tiny tears with adequate hand sewing. Overall, perfect petticoat style for hi-lo dresses, just be prepared to steam and/or resize.

Very rough. Not flowy. Won't unwrinkle. Not flattering

Only complaint I have is that it comes crumpled up in its packaging. It's hard to smoothen out.

I bought this product because I was using it for a Doctor Who genderbent Cosplay outfit that I was putting together. Shipping was fairly quick and once it had arrived, it was everything I expected. It looks just as it does in the picture. I wish that i would have fluffed out further, but what can you expect for such a good price, lmao. I never experienced any tearing or damage to it, it held up very nicely.

The reviews are right. It is really stiff, but after working on the fabric for a while I was able to get it to loosen up and hang better. It is a little on the big side as well so make plans for that when you buy.

I bought it for my niece. She said it good.

Product came with label cut out which in turn put a hole in product.
