What a tool Working better than any i have used.

Good quality crimper. Only draw back is I’d like to see the handles a little longer.

For years I've used the same cheap, flat-style crimping tool that my dad taught me to use. It always got the job done, so I never really thought I needed anything better. I really wish I had bought this Klein years ago. I recently had a project where I needed to make a bunch of electrical connections, including some heavier duty wiring for a 30-amp Anderson connector. My old crimper just wasn't cutting it anymore, so I finally decided to spend the money on a good ratcheting crimper. What a difference. The amount of leverage you get and how consistent the crimps come out makes this thing worth every penny. It's much easier on your hands, especially when you're doing a lot of connections, and I didn’t have a single one pull out after crimping. It seems like it would be for professional use, but over the years the amount of frustration and sore hands from using the old style flat tool really make me regret not buying this sooner.
