Dr Teals epsom salt magnesium for sleep is one of my favorite staples. The fragrance is nice & relaxing while the magnesium helps ease muscles & get you soothed & ready for sleep. I save money on this staple (along with the bubble bath) by subscribing to automatic delivery .

Smells amazing and works well. Only downside we had was probably with shipping or something where there were cuts in the bag but thankfully it didn't lose much from it. So relaxing and calming to use though.
