This is an excellent case for storage of pens or pencils. Each item is held in place so that it does not touch its neighbour and two protective covers (one for each side of the case) cosset your items so there is no danger of rubbing or marking from other items in the case. All-in-all, a very well-made case at a really good price point.

Arrived quickly. Zip is smooth, elastic is quite tight and holds the thickest of pens. The covers have a felt type material on the pen side to protect the pens, this is stitched in firmly. A good product to protect my fountain pens.

Excellent quality. The case is well padded and the internal pieces of fabric protect the pens from scratchng each other. Everything feels soft enough that it wont affect delicate metal plating. Well worth the money.

Good product, well constructed. Well arranged interior. Only concern, it is a bit pricey for canvas, but as long as I get years of use out of it, then it's OK.

I already have several pen cases, but they are suitable for thin pens only. If I put a thick pen in then the elastic is overstretched and occasionally breaks. this pen case has stronger thicker elastic and a bigger loop. At last I can store my thick Jinhao pens such as the 159, 250, 450 and 1200. Also Dika Wen 8026. Pens of a more modest thickness are held securely. No pen of mine is too long for this case.It was raining today but I didn't take the case outdoors to test the waterproof quality. It's more likely that a cup of tea would spill on it when I'm using the pens.I have noticed that if I get two identical pens, fill both with ink, then leave one out and the other in a pen case then the one left out will dry out if not used frequently but the one in the case hasn't dried six months later. I used to put pens in a case only if they were empty, but now I put the pens-in-use in a case as well. This case is the right size for that. It's the same width as A4 but not quite so tall, so I can store it next to writing pad in a bookcase.I am sharing a photo. The Jinhao 159 is the fattest pen I've known. It's the yellow one, and it breaks the elastic on other pen cases, but this one handles it nicely.The zip is a good one, and I happy with this case.

a little more expensive than other products...but the quality is much better. The elastic loop is easy to use. Like it very much, highly recommend, and I will buy it again.

Holds almost all my pens and each side has a fabric sheet to protect the pens from scratch in the ones on the other side when closed. Large pens like an opus 88 demo don't really fit though, no surprise.

This is an OK pen case, nothing fancy. The outer material appears robust and will see how it holds up over time. The inside is a little disappointing. The backing is a bit of coarse felt material: I would have preferred a softer more velvety material.The elastic bands that hold the pens in place seem to be attached pretty sturdily, but be warned, if you have a girthier pen then it may not fit.

I needed a bag for protecting my pens when not in use, mostly for storage.

Very well made, and - even more importantly and uncommon - a very good design. The elastic is the right size and in the right spot. Easy to insert and pick up your pens, and still keep them from scratching each other.
