Quality hardware
High quality hardware. Makes setting and forgetting fenders easy, especially when short handed on a boat. Easy to understand why newer, high-end boats come with these.

Pricey gift
The good-makes it super easy to clip on fenders when docking or tying up with other boats because the position is set. Just clip in when you need them.The bad-very pricey. Initially bought the pins that attach to the fenders and thought it included the mounting base. It does not. Prepare to spend even more to purchase the receiver that installs on your boat. I would have preferred the option to buy the set for a better price.Tip-if you go this route you will need one install tool unless you can easily reach the underside to hold the threaded base for the anchor. It does make installation quicker. Be 100% certain you will not drill into any wires or cables.It was a gift for my wife so….she’s happy.

Best customer service on the planet
We installed these two years ago and love them. These things are are a great time saver. A few weeks ago, one of them locked up and would not pull out of the receiver. I called Big Sky and Dale walked me through getting the clip out of the receiver. He asked me to send him a picture of the broken part and the next day they shipped me a free replacement. Customer service is alive and well and living at Big Sky!
