Often, these appliances work great in the first week but fail later—I’m happy to report this one is a workhorse! ​Performance After 6 Months: ​True "Instant" Heating: Even during peak winter, it takes less than 2 minutes to get the water steaming hot. For a quick wash or a single bucket, it’s perfect. ​Build Quality: The white plastic body still looks brand new. No yellowing from the heat and, most importantly, no rust or scaling issues despite the hard water in my area. ​Safety Features: The 4-level safety (capillary thermostat and thermal cut-off) gives me peace of mind. It shuts off reliably once the water is heated, so there’s no fear of overheating. ​Compact Design: It fits perfectly in my small bathroom without looking bulky. The white and grey accents look very modern. ​Things to Know: ​Pressure: I live in an apartment with high water pressure, and this unit handles it easily without any leaks. ​Installation: Remember that you’ll need to buy connection pipes separately (as is standard with most geysers), but the mounting was very simple. ​Final Verdict: ​If you are looking for an instant water heater for a small family or a kitchen, don't hesitate. Using it since more than a year. Good product, value for money. Easy to install, no maintenance. It's instant water heating quality is good (within 5 mnts) we can use the hot water. (use it with small outlet pipes and showers) - not suitable for bath tubs or filling bucket full hot water also wn't work.

The Crompton Rapid Jet 3L Geyser is a very high-quality product with excellent packaging. The 3-liter capacity is perfect for quick use, and the geyser is extremely easy to install and operate. It heats water very quickly, which makes it highly convenient for daily use. I am very satisfied with this purchase. The compact size is an added advantage, and the auto cut-off safety feature ensures reliable and safe performance. Overall, it is a great product and definitely worth buying.

My Crompton geyser stopped working twice within one year. The first repair took 35–40 days, and after it failed again, it’s been 10+ days with no engineer visit or update. If this is the service in Pune, I can’t imagine the situation elsewhere. Think twice before buying any Crompton product. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and once you purchase, you’re on your own. I will never buy a Crompton product again.
