Intrigue for those with stamina
This is a loooong series - lots of episodes per season and lots of seasons (6 out of 9)!It’s a basic idea, a bad guy as a CI helping the FBI. But it spins such a web if you like it enough to stay with it! Tense, violent at times but engaging. Some good characters and actors who aren’t ‘stars’ but must be pleased with it’s longevity!Twists and turns abound; if you like thrillers and who-done-its give it a try when you have some time on your hands!

ENTERTAINING PUZZLE
I've just finished watching Series 6 & still don't know what it's all about! It's a riddle within a mystery within a story! The premise is a Black List of villains and dangerous looking people that are all up to no good & only Raymond Reddington has the key to their crimes & whereabouts. Everything about it is all highly improbable & on occasions highly violent. However, I suspect that what keeps us hooked - in the US they are onto Series 10 - are the lead characters of which James Spader as 'Red Reddington' is just superb in his role. His dialogue & delivery are quite simply outstanding! His acting is tremendous and it's all complimented by the rest of the cast. The wonderful late, great Brian Dennehey makes an appearance - why I'm still not sure. But it's kept me hooked until I find out what it's all been about! Love it.
