Certain components are a huge pain to install and require significant elbow grease. Step one (the 5th leg) does not fit smoothly. I ran my nail along the seam to remove residual plastic. I think that helped.When installing wheels, I recommend have a rag and needle-nose pliers on hand. The wheels are an odd shape to push down on and the sharp edges wear on your hand skin. So the rag with help with that. The wheels have like metal rings that hinder their smooth installation. I recommend having the needle-nose pliers to tighten them.I couldn’t get all the screws for the arms to go in. Spent way too much time fighting with the one screw before giving up.I wish the seat was deeper, but since I have a foot rest it isn’t a huge deal. If that is important to you, I recommend measuring the length From your lumbar /top of your butt to the back of your knee.Depth of actual usable seat space is about 16 inches. Keep in mind I have a pretty flat butt. Having a root test will make it less of an issue in my experience.The chair is a little wobbly when leaning back.Otherwise the chair is light and the wheels seem to roll well. I’ve only been using it for a week.I didn’t want to spend a lot. So for $50 you could do worse.

Great chair for the money. Comfortable and it looks good in my home office. (My last chair cost 4x the price and wasn’t much better.)

I purchased this chair back in May and I liked it at first (compared to the very old chair I was using). As time has gone on, it has become more uncomfortable to sit in for the full work day and it is very noisy. Every time I shift in the chair, it makes these loud banging noises that are driving me nuts. I am only 135 lbs so I didn't expect that every little movement I would make would cause this amount of noise.I ordered this chair specifically to be able to lean back a bit while working. This feature seems pretty pointless, as I have to use quite a bit of force (even on the loosest tension setting) for the back of the chair to even tip back. I was expecting it to be a bit more flexible so I could just lean back and not have to use my legs to force it back. I thought maybe over time this would improve but here we are, 7months later, and it is still not great.In regards to comfort, I had to purchase a memory foam topper for my seat, as I sit at my desk for most of the day to work and this chair is not cut out for that. I started having pain in my back and legs, but thankfully the topper has helped a little bit.All in all, if you are going to be sitting for long periods of time, I would not recommend this chair. Pay a little extra for something with more comfort. If you are working from home and do not intend to disrupt your family with loud banging noises, I do not recommend this chair. If you are looking for something to be able to lean back and stretch out a bit at times, I do not recommend this chair. I wish I would have returned it within the window but I did not expect it to be this bad over time.

Initially, I had issues with shipping. It was supposed to arrive sometime because March 6th & March 10th. On March 6th I got a notification saying it was going to arrive by the evening but it never showed. Then I got a notification saying it was late and that if I didn't arrive by the 10th then I could get a refund or exchange it. The on the 10th, it said it should arrive by the 12th with the same spiel as before. Then it arrived on the 11th. (This is why I took off a star) Otherwise, it was easy to put together and for the price it's pretty good. Obviously, not top quality but I'm not complaining for the price. It works and does the job as a chair for my desk and it's pretty comfortable. I guess we'll see how that holds up after time.

This chair was just what I was looking for in my small apartment. I have a small rolling desk and needed a chair with back support for the late nights of doing online coursework. I can adjust the chair to lift up or down. My only con is that the little knob on the bottom is hard to turn so that I can adjust how far back or forward the chair can go. It's already in a decent position so I'll just leave it the way that it is. Other than that it's a good chair, was easy to put together, and I am able to get my homework done with no problem.

This char is good, it does what it needs to. I am very happy with it. The wheels at the bottom were a little difficult to insert so you definitely needs some strength for that but the rest of the assembly was easy.

Assembly relatively easy following the pictures and info. However, it took me over 30 minutes (with help) due to the fact that the arms did not align with the screw holes - following the directions. If I didn't put the arms on would only take 5 minutes. Had to use a rubber mallet to put wheels on (but easy). The arms are a bit short and low, (I'm 6'0').It is sturdy and works OK for short periods. Not so comfortable for long sitting. It only tilts slightly backward making it a bit uncomfortable. I have to use a pillow for long use as that the seat is surprisingly thin and uncomfortable.I set the chair at it's highest and being 6'0" it didn't go up enough to make my upper legs horizontal (bottom 90 degrees).For the cost and baring the problem with assembly worth the price.

Setting up the chair was fairly easy. Simple instructions. I recommend to get a 2nd person cause you’ll need additional support with resistance when assembling the arms to seat.I’ve had this since mid-July and I find myself very uncomfortable at times. The cushion is minimal and doesn’t really provide any soft seating. If you work from home, as I do, then I might suggest spending a little extra more for a better chair.Pricing was very fair. Shipping & delivery was quick. Hence the high rating.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIR. I am giving a one star review mainly because it drives me crazy to put it together!!!! All the online courses already made me crazy enough and this chair just BOOST my anxiety into another level. First of all, the instructions guide wouldn't tell you that you have to push so hard almost like force the part into the base otherwise you'll FALL down drametically when you sit on it. When you tried to put the arms part assembled with the sit base, there will always be a hole that won't match the screw's position no matter how many times you tried. I spent almost half an hour to find the best position for each screws and there's EIGHT holes in total. I have no problem putting IKEA furniture together, and I struggled SO MUCH for a single chair.Besides, I was laughing at people's reviews when I was browsing before I purchased. And I now feel 100% regret for not listening to others. I don't understand why this chair got 5 star review but LISTEN AND DON'T BUY IT. The edges of the back is really sharp and hurt my arms everytime when I tried to lean back. When I assembled the chair, a lot of the parts don't even look like new parts. There's dirt and some greenish things on it.In general, spend more money for a better chair and buy something that worth your money :(

Extremely pleased with this purchase . Very comfortable , sufficient lumbar support.Lightweight construction.Only negative was I couldn’t put it together myself, needed to have my son assist. When assembling the base I didn’t have enough strength to pop the pieces in.Best office chair I have had in years !

Bottom of right side broke. So not worth the money to own it for a week and it to break! Upset about the purchase and waste of money!
