Topbuti 5 PCS Angle Grinder Nut Wrench Kit 5/8-11 Flange Metal Lock Nut

Great Quality and Fit - Works with 4 of my Angle GrindersI own 5 different brands of angle grinders and these nuts and backing plates fit all except the Makita which had an odd size arbor. These nuts fit all standard 5/8" - 11 arbors. I tested the set with the following angle grinders:Ryobi PCL445 18V Cordless FITSDeWalt DWE4011 Corded FITSChicago Electric 91223 Corded FITSHarbor Freight Blue unlabeled FITSMakita 9523NBH Corded NO FIT, arbor different sizeThe quality of the nut, backing plate, and wrench is good. I noticed no significant difference in the hardness of the metal or the quality of the wrench. IMPORTANT: the wrench does not always fit the OEM nut. In some cases it fit my original nut but not in all cases. Some of the complaints were that the new wrench did not fit the original nut. This is unreasonable because there is no standard for the hole spacing on these nuts. The wrench included with this set appears to be a 30mm spacing of the holes. The notch on the nuts matched my OEM nuts at about 0.70" and obviously the hole and threaded nut fit the 5/8" arbor.I'm not sure why some people have had problems with these angle grinder nuts and backing plate. I suspect that the reason that people had trouble with the set was for one of the following reasons:1. The new handle pin spacing did not match their angle grinders original nut or the quality of the new wrench was not good. Some reports of pins breaking off. Mine were strong and tight.2. Their angle grinder has a non standard arbor like my Makita.3. Their notch was larger than what appears to be the standard 0.700" notch.4. Their arbor is shorter than most and the nut and backing plate do not fit. The new backing plates are a little thicker in some case than my OEM backing plates.BTW, I bought two sets of these from two different suppliers for a total of 5 backing plates and nuts. I work in a High School shop class and somehow these nuts disappear constantly. Fortunately I now have a way that doesn't cost too much to replace them.

If I would have known that this where I've gotten misc. parts for my tools. Inexpensive and works fantastic.

Very good product, thank you!

Good quality

My buen material

Saved my Dewalt grinder cut off wheel somehow another my guys lost it and this was bouncing around the shop so instead of throwing it away I figured I’d try to get a replacement. This worked out well.

Installed and works perfectly.

These are heavy duty and were exactly what I needed for my grinder to be able to use regular cut off discs. Good price point as well

I try it with dewalt cordless angel grinder its perfect

I was having a tough time finding a replacement for the lower metal lock nut on my SKIL angle grinder, which mysteriously vanished after a recent project. After some searching, I came across this Opbuti 5-piece flange nut and wrench set, and even though it’s marketed for brands like Dewalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, Makita, and Ryobi, I decided to give it a shot.To my surprise, the lock nuts fit perfectly on my SKIL grinder. The threading and dimensions aligned well, and I was back in action without needing to buy a whole new tool.✅ Pros• Excellent compatibility: Despite being designed for other brands, the nuts worked flawlessly with my grinder.• Durable construction: The metal feels solid and well-machined—honestly, I expect these to outlast the grinder itself.• Thoughtful packaging: The set includes two identical nut pairs, which is smart since these parts are easy to misplace during disc or brush changes.• Universal utility: Works with most 41/2" grinders that use a 5/8"-11 threaded shaft, making it a versatile backup kit.⚠️ Cons• Spanner fit may vary: Some users noted that the included wrench doesn’t fit all arbors perfectly, especially on certain Dewalt models.• Not OEM: These are aftermarket parts, so while they work well, they may not match the original finish or branding.💰 Cost Consideration• At around $11.95 CAD, this set costs less than a third of a brand-new grinder, which makes it a smart and economical fix.• That said, it’s a reminder of the “spare part beast”—sometimes small components carry disproportionate value simply because they’re hard to find.🧰 Final VerdictThis set is a lifesaver for anyone needing grinder flange replacements. It’s well-built, reasonably priced, and compatible with a wide range of models—even ones not listed. If you’ve lost a lock nut or just want a backup set, this is a practical and cost-effective solution that gets the job done
