KKmoon Satellite Finder, Satellite Finder Satellite Signal Meter, V9 Finer HD Digital Satellite TV Finder with MPEG-2/MPEG-4, Digital Satellite Signal Finder Meter with 3.5 Inch LCD Color Screen

The title says most of my problems with this device.1.-When trying to find a satellite, the signal intensity meter is always at 60%, it does not react dynamically to the dish movements. This is the worst thing in this meter. You never know if you are getting near to a satellite by watching the signal intensity meter because it is always at 60 and then it jumps suddenly to 90% once you hit the SPECIFIC transponder you had entered, therefore it is useless. It takes hours to find anything because YOU have to be super accurate in your dish pointing instead of having visual feedback with the signal intensity meter increasing as you get near to a satellite.2.-The device brand is actually is IBRAVEBOX. When you go to their website, they have no firmware updates, no support and not even software to update the satellite list or customize it. What's more, there are at least 10 other brands with the same design and functions. Impossible to know what software and firmware would work with this specific one.3.-Battery life is short.4.-No volume adjustment. It is either loud or mute.5.-Buttons often double click and that is really annoying.6.-The interface is almost impossible to read. The design is not appropriate for the size of the screen and the menus and layout in general are super clunky.I wish this brand would update the firmware to something useful, at least for the most important function which I described in point 1. As it is, it is completely useless. What good is a satellite finder if it only reacts when you are right at the satellite you are looking for instead of helping you getting there?

Product arrived on time and in great shape. Does what its supposed to. I'll be using this a lot once the weather warms up at my location and the snow goes away. Only issue I have is that it doesn't come programmed with the majority of North American satellites other than Galaxy-19. I will be looking at updating the software at some point and see if the North American sats are available.

Useless in USA. Has NO US sats. Manual on line for very old model.

The initial setup. Item seemed predetermined area limited.. Time and date setup lacked (digit flaws) input data points. Button ops generally (rapid click neede)double moves when activating items . Loved the battery efficiency with 1.2 meter use. Great size & weight to use. Still testing primary peeformance.
