The earbuds get five stars when they are working properly, but unfortunately too many things don't work properly often enough. The buttons on the earbuds sometimes work as expected and often work as they want to. So trying to turn the volume down will either pause the music or activate my phone's voice assistant. Trying to activate the voice assistant will turn the earbud off. Trying to turn the right earbud off will sometimes work and sometimes ramp up the volume to full blast. Trying to activate the voice assistant will also ramp up the volume. On one occasion they both decided that they were going to access the right sound channel. On another occasion they connected to my phone while in their case and I couldn't work out why my phone had no sound. 60% of the time they are fine, the rest of the time they are very frustrating, hence three stars out of five. I haven't used then for two days and the charging case is down to 85%. That's another star off I'm afraid.

They work but only for approx 1.5 hours then report battery low ( this is when they have been charged for 12 + hours, waste of money!

The round design of the earphone case is fascinating. The package looks nice and the foam protect is smooth. The earphones are charged up and the charging points are covered in a piece of plastic. You need to peel it before you use. The pairing is simple and fast. The sound effect is good, quality is very impressive, considering the price for under £35 .I do like the earbuds are water resistant so that you can use them in more circumstances. The red and blue lights are goodlooking.

There is really Microphone problem and Its not bluetotth 5.0 Only one device connectable. You need te cancel If you want connect other devices.Microphone problem; Sounds is not going quality and really problem when talking on the phone. Also buttons so hard. It is not possible to press when your in ear. Your ear is hurts.But sound quality + battery level and design good for that price. Maybe good for only listen music.

The item arrived as promised but the cable is faulty and will not charge the unit luckily I had one. i did manage to find another cable which is working. On the plus side the sound quality is great and connects easily. The product quality is ok . But as stated the sound is superb rich bass and good at low volume. Just a shame item cable was faulty. Top company RESOLVED ISSUE WITHIN 48 HRS.

Sound quality is good, value for money. No complications, easy to setup.

For some reason, none of the earbuds didn't fit my ears and the sound quality didn't sound really well while it was connected and held in.
