Great product
What a great product. Easy to follow step by step instructions, all the equipment required is included in the pack and most importantly the flavour of the cured bacon is delicious. Possibly the best bacon I have ever tasted - it is certainly the most fun!So good that I immediately bought a second pack!!

Amazing kit
Really loved this kit, bought as a gift and we used it only recently, absolutely beautiful, everything you need for kebabs, I didn’t realise you got so much in the kit, not eaten lamb for 20+ years but I ate the minted koftas, so yummy

Can I trust the instructions?
Kit seems promising, but I've doubts about the accuracy of the instructions. The time specified to air dry, after curing, is just three days. Multiple sources on the Internet suggest that three weeks is a much more realistic time. I've emailed SandyLeaf farm for clarification, but, so far, no reply.

Tried again and again
Randomly bought as a Christmas present for my partner years ago. Delicious. Now the go to present from the kids for birthdays, Christmas, father's day etc. Easy to use.

Easy to follow instructions
Really easy to use, made 1.5 kg of great tasting bacon. Bought another one as a gift for my brother and he said he was happy with it!
