Psoriasis and Eczema Treatment Lotion - 250mls

I can't honestly recommend this product highly enough. It's a lifesaver. I have been using it for around 20 years, after having years of misery with psoriasis. I read an article in a magazine in 1998 which told a story of a girl who couldn't wear a bikini because of her psoriasis and how her life changed when finding this. I was diagnosed with this condition and had every singular treatment and cream given to me with no avail. So after reading this article I thought i would buy this stuff. I had to apply it I think around 3 times a day for the first month. But wow, if you do this, follow the instructions, it works!! Then you simply apply when you need too. It's not a cure, but it is a game changer. It doesn't burn or leave a red patch like the prescription creams. The psoriasis simply goes into remission. I stopped covering my elbows with cardigans and it was so liberating. Life changing lotion, but needs perseverance in the first month or so and then a daily application.

I was skeptical about using Exorex. There are a lot of over the counter products that claim to reduce the symptoms of psoriasis, but NONE of them have worked.I am uninsured - so prescription medication for my psoriasis is out of this world expensive. My psoriasis is located in spots from my shoulders down to my legs. I have it a lot worse on my scalp, forehead, and behind my ears.I heard about Exorex from a tumblr blog, and decided to give it a try. Shipment took about three weeks to get to me since it is coming from overseas to the US.I only applied it once at night before bed, and would shower in the morning. It does have a slight tar smell to it, but it really is not that bad.Within 5 days I noticed that my lesions weren't so red and they no longer had flakes. Within two weeks the lesions were reduced to light pink spots, and by the beginning of the third week they were almost completely gone.The down side of this is that when I used up all of the contents of the bottle some of the lesions reappeared after a week or so. However, a lot of the smaller ones have yet to come back.I would DEFINITELY recommend Exorex if you have little options for psoriasis treatment. Everyone's body is different so it may not work the same for others. It did, however, work very well for me!

This is a superior formula in my opinion. It has castor oil, vitamin e, and lineolic acid (coined vitamin F) which are all great ingredients to promote healthy skin. It also has 5% coal tar with a smell that dissipates very fast. MG217 is very moisturizing as it contains petroleum, but this lotion is very light and does not leave a greasy film. I think this is better because it makes applying it multiple times a day much easier. There is no greasy build up that can contaminate clothing. It just soaks right in without leaving a film behind. Also, the bottle is 8 ounces which makes it a good value. My cap broke though and the bottle won't seal shut. Not a deal breaker but the cap could be higher quality.

I've been using this for years. You wouldn't want to slather it all over your body as it is, after all, a coal tar product. But gives a far better result than Tegrin and other products...AND isn't the least bit greasy, so can be used on scalp without making hair greasy.

Cleared an eczema patch on my arm in a few days. Did sting a bit on application when the wound was still red and irritated and open at the time.

Wasn’t too happy with this product as it didn’t change my skin issues what so ever
