What a mess.. Bad instructions on this.

I followed directions to the letter. The glass cracks in a million pieces, the lcd got too hot and turned yellow in spots, the wifi wire snapped off. Its a real mess. Now my poor ipad is worse and more expensive to fix. The steps it suggests and directions are not the best for this repair. I want my money back and my ipad back to before.
