Scythe Kama Bay AMP 2000 Rev B Amplifier

I am very impressed with this amp. It's heavier than you would think. The sound quality was nice and clean, and although not as powerful as some amps I've owned. For it's size, it was better than I expected. I mounted it in my computer case, and it looks really cool!! I like the way It came with all the different cables, so you can run it as a stand alone unit, or a nice and clean install in a computer case.The price wasn't exactly cheap for this amp, and I was curious about the construction quality, and sound quality. I was not disappointed...The pictures didn't do it justice, It's solid, rather heavy, and fit and finish is well done. Not an amp for a house party, but I use media center with the Tv remote, and it has plenty of power for movie, and Tv viewing, even from across the room... I did however, use a speaker level to line level adapter, and ran to my powered sub, and vintage Carver amp. It's power is decent, but I'm used to really powerful amps. The only things i wish it had was a line level out, instead if just speaker output. The VU meters work well, but an adjustment would be nice, as I can't always get them to preform the way I would like.

Very good sound but not better than the Dayton Audio DTA-1. Loud enough for me with Athena AS-F1 92dB loudspeakers but not enough for a party, At maximum volume the amp mutes momentarily instead of clipping. Bass and treble adjustments are useful features. Same for the multiple inputs.

2013年購入、以来気づけば11年近く経過していた。ここ5~6年は自営業の事務所で就業中はほぼつけっぱなしという環境下であるけれども、何の問題もなく稼働してくれ有難い限り。VUメーターも良く振れているし当時6,000円以下で購入したことを思えばなんと良い物であったかと感動する。音質も及第点で素晴らしい。

This little amp is absolutely superb! Looks great, sounds amazing, takes up very little space, is really loud if you want it to be (even thought it's only rated at 10 watts, depending on the impedance of your speakers) and is very easy to hook up to up to four devices. I have it hooked up to a turntable and my PC in an office, and it works very well. Be aware if you're buying this in the UK that it comes fitted with a European plug, so you'll need either a new lead, or an adaptor - this isn't really a big deal though! Would happily purchase again if I lost the one I have now!

Molto interessante dal primo colpo d'occhio quando in rete cercai amplificatori T Amp, trovai questo giogliello bello e promettente, tanto che ne ho presi 2 a distanza di tempo. Mai pentito degli acquisti che uso in due diversi luoghi a casa di rado al lavoro molto di più.Non solo l'estetica veramente accattivante per me che vengo dalla scuola dei transistor anni 80. Ho potuto confrontarlo in swiching a pari volumi con i fratelli più conosciuti cioè amplificatori a transistor anche molto recenti in classe cosidetta "A" e non di meno con i buonissimi amplificatori a valvole sempre in swiching a pari volume su la stessa sorgente medesimo brano. Ebbene pur preferendo i valvolari di ogni tipo di valvola a tutti gli amplificatori mi sono fermato per ovvie ragioni di spazio e consumi a questo T Amp meraviglioso. Non vi dico la versatilità che possiede vi dico solo che rispetto hai valvolari a meno spinta sulle basse frequenze (solo queste e leggermente di meno). La potenza è minima ma riesce a mandare casse ad alta efficienza naturalmente, come le JBL es 100 e ancora meglio le Klipisch che possiedo le F35 oppure le Kef C3, oppure Magnat Supreme 200, insomma che ci sia un efficienzza del diffusore almeno pari a a 90 db. Alla fine consiglio questo T Amp e senza rimorsi mi spingerei al modello più grande cio il "Scythe KAMA BAY AMP PRO, Scheda audio". Sheda audio perchè sia questo che il 2100 che possiedo può entrare sullo slot del Pc ed essere a tutti gli effetti una egregia scheda con dac ed ungresso usb per musica liquida. Insomma il prossimo sarà il modello maggiore più potente.Poi giratevi intorno e vedete se un Ampli può andare anche dentro il case del PC. Ragazzi pochi soldi e tanto divertimento musicale emozionante e a volumi non assordanti...... adatto per appartamenti su condomini.Very Good

Pour le prix on ne peut pas demander plus. Je l'ai acheter pour y brancher ma platine vinyle (via un pré-ampli phono) et ça fonctionne parfaitement. J'utilise des enceintes de la même marque et le couplage sonne très bien. Attention tout de même, cet ampli ne sera pas assez puissant pour animer des soirées mais, dans une chambre ou un petit appartement il fait l'affaire. Les vu meters sont du plus bel effet. La multiplicité de câbles inclus dans la boite est également un gros plus. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
