Horrible no actually non existant customer service!
I bought this battery from CWK Technology because it received 5 star ratings. However, the battery I bought and installed about five months ago has said for the last month that the battery needs to be replaced. I've emailed CWK three times and I have never had a response. The lack of customer service from this company deserves 1 star.
