Perfect for sore muscles
Our last one like this finally got too grody after twenty years of use. This is perfect, the moist heat really does help. Just be careful not to overheat because it can get really hot. Holds the heat for a good therapeutic while.

Great and worth the money
Great product. Put it on first thing in the morning to get things heated up in low back. Use it every day and it lasts years if you dont over heat it. Worth the money

Pro's: heats very quickly in microwave and holds heat a long time, At least 20-30 minutes. Nice long strap. Cons: strap needs either velcro or a ring buckle. Overall: better than most. I would buy again

Great item; pulse heat well and you can move it around almost anywhere!
Second purchase of one of these. Can’t live without it. Love that I can tie it to any place on my body from my shoulders and my back to my waist. You do need to be careful about blowing it up in the microwave, which is why I had to buy a second one. It would be nice if the time to warm it were stamped on the item to help you remember how long to do it. Be careful not to forget to do the power button on the microwave or if you do it will rupture. I highly recommend not using full power. I hit the wrong button and it did 20 minutes instead of two and you can guess what happened on the first one.

good product but broke and beads rolled out from interior
i like the ease of the product overall But after having it for over a year the last time I reheated it something happened and the fabric broke and the beads inside the lining went flying all over the place. must have been 1000 beads. It took me 3 hrs to get most of them off the floor (hard with back pain which is why i was using the product). I still like the product overall, but would ask the manufacturer to do a better job of putting the beads in the lining so this doesn't happen again. Any suggestions to prevent this?? I am adding a second review. I did buy it again, and now just a few months later, it broke again (the new one). I will never buy again or recommend it
