Headset Headphone + Mic Microphone Compatible with XBOX 360 Live

Customer service was great. The first pair didn't work but the second pair to replace them was soon on the way and work just fine

I bought a couple of pairs of these for my boyfriend last year. We have good expensive headsets but wanted a backup just in case. We end up using these more then we do the expensive headsets. They fit comfortably on both ears and the volume is perfect. The plug that goes into the controller is very secure so you don't have to worry about pulling it out easily. This headset does not play the game volume just chat speech. This headset lasts about 6 months if with daily use but for the price it is well worth it. The second cheapest headset I saw was $20 and it sucked. I will definitely buy these again and get some for my little brother.

I purchased this for a gamer. He loves his headsets. He usually runs through a headset every month or so. This headset is no exception. The cord is thin and eventually caused the headset to stop working. The headset does what it is supposed but beware it does not last very long.

I am giving only 1 star because I ordered this one and a white one. This one came in a generic box which concerns me that this might be one that was refurbished and I do not believe I read anything about it being refurbished. I hope it works because it is a Christmas present for my son - I will be let down if it does not work and probably will not order online again as this is my first time ordering online. Fingers crossed....

I treated it really well, and yet the speakers broke in two days. The microphone works still, but I have to play everyone else's voice through the TV speakers which defeats the purpose.All in all, treat very delicately. The price is cheap, but so is the item. I don't think it's worth it.

These headphones are amazing, you can barely hear anything outside the headphones which makes u so focus in what your listening to

I purchased this for my son who is 12 and plays a lot of games through xbox live with his buddies. I was at my wits end with all the noise coming from that darn device when he'd be talking to his friends. My resort was this headset. Now I have piece and quiet when he's gaming away with his buddies.I was surprised how nice they for the money. He wanted a pair of expensive ones but I couldn't see spending $150 on headphones for a 12 year old who has a gaming addiction ;) These were a nice alternative.

the left headphone and the the mic work but the right headphone arrived hanging on by a wire and within minutes it had fallen off completelyEDIT: the seller replaced it free of charge and it arrived a day or two ago and works just fine
