They have a curved edge so they work better than the flat discs, because they won't slip off your feet, great product!

Disc's are great! Workout people annoying! Great addition to core workout but will want to learn moves without the video!

SUPER EFFECTIVE AND A NEW WAY OF LOOKING AT EXERCISING
These discs are crazy effective. Once you master them, you will be amazed at how challenging they make the moves and how effective they are on reshaping the way you think about working out. These come with a VERY challenging video that left me pretty sore the next day, but feeling great. I actually use these with Mindy Milrea's Intensity Overload with Toys workout.
