Easy to pull phone in and out. No wireless charging, but that's OK. 4 months in and the USB-C port only charges when I position the cable just right (not a cable issue, but a port issue as it's prevalent with all cables).I don't expect this stuff to last for years, but A year or even 8 months would be better. Currently shopping for another.

So I ordered this battery case for my Note 10 Plus at the end of February and it has lasted into the middle of October. Thats a little under 9 months. It's a great case for what I needed it for but it's not very reliable since I super careful with the phone and must have used it around 20 to 30 times in the time I had it. Then it just stopped working.

After a couple months this item was showing cracks within both sides on the back. Have not dropped it once! Also, the charge port has short in it after the 2 months. To where I have to charge it with something under the wire to charge it. No, it is not the wire. This is the second one I bought with same issues as I will not buy this brand again. Thanks for your time. I hope this helps the manufacturer male a better product and stop people from buying a product that doesn't last more than 2 months without any issues.

Purchased this case because the other name brand was not available in the Note 10 Plus. But this works just as good if not better AND a better price! I would definitely recommend this battery case.

I may have got a defective one. I bought a mophie for my son plus and it charged overnight and gave me days of performance. This runsy doesn't charge at all..

Item is well built. Currently testing the battery life and so far so good. One thing that bothers me though is that you can't get "Fast charging" to work with the case on, still does it job and extend battery.

This item broke less than 1 year. The charger is full but no longer connects with my phone.

Ruins the screen protector corners!!! No good

The media could not be loaded.  First of all it's make phone super heavy and bigger. Basically extra battery connected with phone.2 star because phone got extra battery but if you compare with original battery and case battery huge difference. Case battery die super fast. Basically you got half extra life of the battery.Case hard looks like good and safe for falling situation but not happen with me so can't Case. Looks like it's hard and safe Case. But if paying for battery so it's not same as phone battery.

this is only good for one extra full battery charge. bulk and heavy. if you are going to a long hike this is ok. but for a daily usage ill pass as this makes your phone heavy and bulky. as for the price. a little expensive and not a wireless rechargeable.

This product blew my mind from the beginning. The whole concept of having a phone case that is also a battery pack was an invention too much to handle. The battery pack easily gives about 1 full charge and close to half charge on the second run on a fully charged pack. The bulk rigid feel of the case comes from the battery casing which provides a hard protection for the phone. This is really a good carry on while on travel. The power can be turned on and off with the use of a switch so we need not worry if the phone is constantly at charging.

It's big and heavy, doubles the weight of my phone. the weight is normal and somewhat comforting now. it gives me almost a 100 % extra charge on my phone.Cons about this case are that if you have a screen protector, it will raise the edges on both sides. mine are permanently bubbled as a result. my phone does not fast charge when plugged in with the case. When my phone battery is low and I am at home, I take it out of the case and fast charge it first. The worst thing is, when i try to use my phone while I am charging it with the power bank, I am not able to use my phone, the touch screen gets buggy.Overall, ill still give it a 4 star because the confidence in knowing I have extra charge when I need it overcomes the cons in my case.

I had hesitated to get this battery case powerbank because I was worried about the fit. It turns out fit perfectly and almost fully protected my phone (screen protector is needed). Charging speed is exactly the same as the original charger. (Pic 1 with battery case, pic 2, using the original charging block.)
