BRRR... Keeping my Pi 4 cold!
I'll go ahead and get one thing out of the way: this fan/heatsink/cooler is absolutely over the top, and there are comparable cooling solutions that are a little bit cheaper, or a little bit smaller, or a little bit less ostentatious. If you're reading this review or considering this cooler for your Pi 4, you've already accepted it for what it is. Now, onto my review! The cooler came packed in a nice little box, well-protected. It had just enough documentation with pictures to make installation quick and easy. I installed the cooler with the included thermal pad, but I've read of others using thermal compound for better contact. I'm powering off the 5V GPIO.As far as noise, this cooler is whisper quiet. Much, much quieter than the case+fan I was using before. If I get close to the Pi, I can hear the whir of the fan, but otherwise it's sitting on my desk next to me without bothering me. The lights are bright, but they're diffused and change slowly enough such that it's not a distraction.I've been setting up my Pi 4 as a little experimental Minecraft server. I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 64-bit, and I'm able to put the Pi 4 under moderate load at times, during chunk generation and the like, but I'm not putting it under nearly the extended strain of some other users. My own comparison:Original aluminum case+fan combo:Idle = 33°CUnder load = ~40°CUsing the Ice Tower cooler:Idle = 26°CUnder load = ~30°CI've seen videos of users running Minecraft client, a GL demo, and a lengthy compile at the same time and seeing a difference of -40°C compared to no cooling at all.All things considered, I'm very pleased with this cooler. It's a bit on the ridiculous side, but I like the silliness of having this gigantic cooler on a credit card-sized SBC. And it's super quiet and very effective, to boot.

Excellent airflow
Large device moves air quickly and the RGB lights put on a comforting glow. Can switch the power line to connect to either the +3.3v or full 5v depending on how fast you want it to spin. Very quiet and well worth the price. Not sure what we will do about a case.

Worth it.
Does the job. Some say overkill I say piece of mind. And it looks 😎.

expect no case, no GPIO access. dekstop use friendly
Keeps my pi 4 at 26C idol. NO access to cobbler the GPIO. bought a part one to three splitter to see if i can hit it at an L angle

Ice Tower Keeps Pi 4 Cool
Actually helps cool the Pi 4 - kept temperatures around 30C.

Amazing Cooling System
The media could not be loaded.  I was lucky enough to recieve the one that changes color. I’m loving this cooler. Ran multiple test after installation and myPi4 4gig never even passed the 62c mark after about 11 minutes straight. Almost as soon as I stopped the programs the temp dropped down back to being between 40-41c. This cooling system is a BEAST!
