For each subsequent use, you just need to place your hand near the soap liquid outlet of the dispenser ，the infrared automatic soap dispenser will work to dispense the soap liquid. To adjust the volume of the soap liquid, press the "+/-" button to switch between the two settings.

Q: Refilled soap dispenser and now it doesn't work. Only 1 month old. Is there a reset button ? No resolutions offered in owner's manual.

The soap dispenser stopped working, maybe soap is too thick, the soap dispenser would get blocked up . Please check it is get blocked up the tubes . and you can take it apart and clean the tubes and openings, then confirm that it works properly.
