Had to send it back as case started peeling away at the corners after only 1 week of use (ordered 1 from currys too and that did the same), shame as i liked everything else about this case. Its thin, is easy to grip, looks really smart, folds in to place easily when you want to watch a movie and I have no doubt it would have protected my note 10+ from the occasional fall (something that the Samsung branded cases failed to do on my note 8 and note 9).Would have given this 5 stars if only it didn't start peeling away at the corners after 1 week of use. Sort that issue out and you would have imo the base case on the market!Fair play to Amazon, who collected the case from my door and refunded my money with 48hrs - great customer service as Always!

This product came in a sort of damaged box. The sticker was open and the case had marks all over(where visible). This product looks new but at the same time had a mark on the top and full of prints and marks. It looks like new but handled poorly and was open. I will return it because of the high money I paid it’s not worth having a product with marks or came dirty.The case: Amazing case but not happy with new outer design. The outer design used be strong durable rubber when I had my note 9. Now, they made it in to weaved material. This new outer material makes holding the phone tricky because it is slippery and has no grip. The only grip it has is the thick rubber side(one side) where it closes. That is very strong rubber but you need to make sure your grip is tight on that side. The back and front is the material part where is weaved material. But so far so good, as it’s wipable. My main reason for this Oxford case was being able to give it a wipe where other folio cases is usually leather and it’s not soo good in cleaning and they usually don’t have a strong clasp, or one at all.

I am very disappointed with this - I had a Gear4 cover for my note9 which was great but this one is unwravelling day by day. Maybe because it is made of recycled material. But it is not really good enough. Not sure how soon I will have to replace it if it carries on coming apart.

Case has a material coating compared to previous covers iv had from gear 4 after a couple of days of in and out of your pocket the material frays and makes a rite mess. Ended up pulling the material off to a not very attractive case but still a hood case just wish they hadn't changed from a decent coating to material.

Durable and somewhat sustainable it's not a bad product, however not very comfortable to use the phone with. The closing latch is way too hard and frustrating to open, magnets probably would've been the better option. The latch also has quite sharp edges and with it resting on my middle finge, it actually leaves quite significant marks and is annoying. I'd not be buying again, but this is the sturdiest flip case I could find yet. Of you find something better, go with that, unless this case gets an update.

Always buy gear4 phone cases as they are hard wearing and very protective however this one after only 1 month it is fraying on the corners and edges plus the new clip style closer doesn't work very well at all.3 months later the case is completely frayed around the edges and the closing clip has snapped off. Very disappointed with the quality and the price.

Great protection but the plastic clip which clips the case together. Gets in the way when your using the phone. I ended up taking the case off in the end its very annoying.

Unfortunately, it has proven a mistake to purchase this. Very poor quality product. Started to fray around all the edges within a few days with normal and careful use. It now looks very messy. It has at least done a perfect job of protecting the phone from damage, but even with that, the poor choice of material can not rescue it from being a failure. Not worth the money.
