Schylling Paddle Ball - Classic Game Made with Real Wood - Ages 5 and Up - One Piece

This paddle ball was ideal for sharing toys from my day with my grandchildren. It teaches skills for concentration and dexterity. Perfect for entertainment away from electronic devices. Probably more fun for myself and my neighbor than the kids. Along with the use of the throwback. memories came back. Memories of simpler times. A great value.

Great buy!! Very durable, so far it has withstood ages ranging from a toddler to a 40 year old. The string on this can be shortened pretty easy which helps beginners get the hang of it.

GREAT seller. Fantastic communication and assistance. Quality product. Highly recommend.

Although the picture shows two paddle ball games, you only receive one. That was a surprise to me, particularly in light of the price, but my son sure loves this thing. He's become quite good at it (his record is 240 paddles without interruption) and was sad when the thing broke after a year. Even though I consider this over-priced, he loves it so much that I bought it again.

What a piece of garbage this is. For someone that grew up with this thing, never thought they could get this wrong. String is to short. The ball goes all over the place. Save your money.

An original American product but made in China, with some noted changes. One is that the elastic string is much too short, making it impossible to function as intended. If one truly wishes, longer, proper elastic strings, specifically for this type of paddle ball, are available, usually in a multi-pack set at a reasonable price, if one looks on-line. It looks like it would be quite easy to replace and THIS design also has two added benefits, more than the original : a small hole on the handle, that holds the ball in place, and instead of the old staple that held the string in place, a small hole makes a new string easy to change. In some ways, there are improvements to the original and it is nice that a cute design on one side, mimics the times when this toy was so popular. There is even a famous scene in the classic film called "The Misfits", where Marilyn Monroe uses this type of toy !

Bought theses for the guys at work for Christmas. Great fun!

Perfect stocking stuffer.

Not as good as I thought

Better quality than most that you get at dollar stores.

Took too long to reach. Wasn't worth the time or money.
