The adhesive is very strong
The key for installation is to warm up the paddles with a heat gun, THEN apply the first side of the adhesive. After that, heat up the adhesive facing out (previously placed), THEN carefully place the paddle over the original. It will bond in seconds and will never fall off. If you install without the heat, you may have issues. These things will transform the appearance of your cockpit area and make shifting more convenient. Great product!

Looks really nice but the adhesive ;(
Looks really nice in my VW jetta but the 3m adhesive is really bad, this no stick, i put extra glue. The material feels good
