How high does the actual seat part sit from floor please? Possibly thinking of using this as work space with folding desk as little space. thanks!

I would say it is too low to use as a work chair with a desk. Also, it is a deep set seat, so you would be too far back in the chair to work comfortably. More comfortable as a lounging chair.

How do you fold it up there’s no instructions?

Same way it unfolded I found pulling up the seat part first helped then secure the strap round to get it back into its bag. We found it a bit stiff the first time but persevere it will fold back in ok.

Does the frame lock into place?

Hi, dont think it locks.... but is a very sturdy. comfy chair!
