Who would have guessed?
I sleep little and travel a LOT. My doctor suggested I look into a supplement like this but didn't give me a brand recommendation. This led me to look at studies and learn about ingredients and effective dosage as well as the type of compound that delivers the most effective benefits. Then I undertook the daunting task of looking at the labels of the dozens and dozens of products on Amazon. My search was for a brand that was both credible and that offered adequate details on the ingredients label. What a long, arduous task! As a value shopper I'm willing to spend more to get a quality product, but not so expensive as to make regular consumption impractical. For this supplement I planned to take it daily. I settled on this and tried a bottle first before setting it up on a regular monthly subscription with Amazon. The results are satisfying. Not miraculous which I NEVER expected but consistent. After taking this for a couple weeks I noticed a definite benefit in my morning start, and that I woke up faster as a result. My stamina improved slightly too. The price point is very reasonable especially when compared to comparable spec'd brands. The only thing I do not like is that the dosage is 3 capsules daily to obtain the value shown on the label. I'd MUCH prefer a single capsule.

The Best Cheap-ish brand, haha
I tried this and the even cheaper Panax Ginseng on Amazon. I believe it comes down to your personal physiology. When I tried the other ginseng I got insomnia. This Nature's Way Ginseng gives me great energy and I sleep perfectly fine. Ironically another reviewer said Nature's way gave them insomnia. So it's totally just up to how your body responds to it. If it works it's worth it so work it you're worth it. If it don't work you kinda just gambled $15 and lost it lol. So buy the smallest amount possible to start with testing! Cause I got so many dang supplements I tested and realized I'd just gambled and lost gosh.....probably like 100$ worth of money on 4 different supplements that ended up causing stress, fat gain, indegestion etc. However, I have to say it's been worth it as now I have a lotta supplements that work amazingly well for me! Turmeric, Ginseng, Fish oil, Multi-Vitamin, Creatine, probiotics, Natural 5 ingredient protein powder. I also have Elderberry which I like a lot, but I don't need it right now or maybe I do need it actually I just haven't made time or space in my schedule to be taking them. Hm maybe I'll take them again. Those seem good for my immune system. Keyword: MY. Good luck ya'll . Seek long and diversely enough and ye' shall find what works for you!

Didn't help me with fatigue, gave me insomnia
I bought this for energy. I took 2 pills in the morning and didn't notice any improvement in energy levels throughout the day. However, I was unable to sleep that night, so I think it gave me insomnia. Still giving 5 stars because I think it's good ginseng. Ginseng just wasn't the right supplement for me.

Ginseng is an adaptogen, it doesn't work the same for everyone
Any herbal that stated it is an adaptogen will not work the same for everyone. Keep that in mind when you take it. My personal experience with it has been life changing. I take it in the morning at least 1/2 hour before eating. It gets me through the day with no crash at the end of the day. It doesn't have a strong flavor, and it is not a giant hard to swallow capsule. I have lost some weight since I started taking it. If you take it as directed and do not see the results you were looking for, try another adaptogen, it may work better for you. We are not all exactly the same, so what works for some people may not work for someone else.

Surprising relief for hangovers
A buddy sent me an article about how ginseng relieves the effects of alcohol consumption, so I gave it a shot. To my surprise, it worked pretty well. The next morning, my head didn’t hurt so much, stomach felt fine and I actually had some decent energy. Apparently Korean Red Ginseng naturally speeds up how your body processes and eliminates alcohol. It also cleanses and regenerates the liver while relieving an upset stomach. The best time to take it is before you head out for the night. If you forget, you can take some when you get home before bed, or even the morning after. It still helps. 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good. It's been helpoing my constant fatigue from working nights
So far so good. I have taken this for a few days now and I do believe that it has had a positive effect on my energy level. I work nights so it's always tough for me to stay awake in the evenings before I go in to work. The days that I have not taken this, I have crashed on the couch by 8:30pm. Today I took it and was able to stay up and had the energy to play a game until I had to leave. I hope it continues.

Let's compare this product against Prince of Peace Korean Red Ginseng
This product, Nature's Way Korean Ginseng, costs about $10.00 for 100 capsules, each containing 560mg (if we Subscribe & Save at Amazon). The other product, Prince of Peace Korean Red Ginseng, costs about $10.00 for 50 capsules, each containing 518mg (if we shop around using the internet). Nature's Way Korean Ginseng contains a creamy white powder that tastes like genuine Korean white ginseng. Prince of Peace Korean Red Ginseng contains a light tan powder with a slightly reddish tint that tastes like genuine Korean red ginseng. CONCLUSION: Nature's Way Korean Ginseng would be an excellent deal if it contained genuine Korean red ginseng. However, because it contains genuine Korean white ginseng, it is just a mediocre value. Korean red ginseng has been shown in scientific studies to be substantially more effective than Korean white ginseng for the purpose of cancer prevention in humans. Korean red ginseng contains 24 different ginsenosides while Korean white ginseng contains only 8 different ginsenosides.
