I have long had leak issues so having seen these and all the complimentary reviews I thought I would bite the bullet, spend the money and give them a try. Tightened pelvic floor with no real effort - got to be worth a try.It feels a bit odd at first. You have to spray the contacts then put the shorts on whilst they are wet so you get fluid drag up your legs. It is quite tricky getting the line positioned correctly as described in the book.I thought they weren't working as after pressing the start button I felt nothing but then realised they start at level 0 so obviously nothing happening.Increase the power gradually because once they kick in - well you certainly know that they ARE doing something.Not used very long but whether it was imagination but after only a few days the effect of sneezes seemed to have lessoned leak issues.They also seem to be working on bowels as well as pelvic floor. Have been having days between solid movements but shortly after each session I need to go for number 2.It is also very sensitive to movement. Once you are positioned and switched on they don't like if you move and sound an alarm at you so as it instructs if you do need to shift position then make sure to pause the programme first.Overall seem to be having an effect but they are quite pricy. I only hope that they have a long lasting effect for the money I paid.

I was very nervous spending so much money on the shorts not knowing if they would work for me but I took the chance and they arrived 4 weeks ago . My experience so far has been amazing and I have to say life changing , I’ve struggled so long with bladder weakness that I avoided doing things as I was always worried about leakage, it was always worse when I had a cold or cough when it became unbearable ,so I was desperate .I’ve been using the shorts for 4 weeks now and the results are FANTASTIC I couldn’t be happier and I would estimate an 80% improvement I’m going to complete the recommended 12 weeks and follow with once a week as recommended .The sensations when you begin are a bit strange but persevere and increase the rate as much as you can then you will really feel it working your pelvic floor ( if you’ve ever used a Tens Machine it’s similar )I can’t recommend this highly enough it may seem a lot of money but it works so well with it , good luck

Trying To use this thing with my 86 yo mum but it’s got an error message that keeps coming up. Can’t find anything online to help with this even tho the book says go look online fir error code. My mum has lost weight and the pants no longer fit well so might be fir this reason. They cost £250 and totally not worth it! Too difficult fir an old lady to use without help. Would be better if they had a zip but pull ons are no good fir people who have no balance or strength. Really disappointed. do not buy these unless you are young and fit and make sure they fit really tightly.

HiNot able to charge the unit as the hole is not open. There is no way to get in the hole to charge why is it so tiny!Trying to push it in the harder I push its bending the probeNot very happy with this

It’s ok, I could've done with a smaller one even though I measured myself and checked the sizing. It’s a little loose so may not be as effective as it should be

Star rating I really can not say as never used due to Ordering the the wrong size and therefore were too big, so unsure if they work or not, material was quite thin though.

Arrived quickly. Excellent instructions only reason 4 and not 5 stars its a little too early to sum up results but seem to be on track.

I can’t give a review on this because I haven’t yet used it. The writing and instructions have very small print. Pants look a bit flimsy
