The best mold I have ever bought
This mold has taken my cake baking to the next level and everyone who tried the Chocolate Mousse cake i made was amazed. Sure this is an expensive mold, but read the reviews of the cheaper copy-cat molds available on Amazon and you'll see they don't last. Spend the extra money and invest in this authentic Dinara Kasko mold and support one of the worlds best pastry chefs. The mold comes with a recipe guide taking you through the process of making this "Chocolate Block" cake. If you plan to make this exact cake then you need to also buy a 16cm square cake ring and chocolate velvet spray. The square cake ring allows you to make the chocolate sponge cake in the middle, and the velvet spray provides the classic look on the outside.

Mould is perfect, Amazon screwed up
The mould itself is perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. My issue is with Amazon: the box was open, stained with food, and the mould had dried mousse stuck to it. If you're going to send out a previously used and returned item, please at least make sure it's clean first
