Is this bright enough to light up a 180 sq.f underground bunker so that the guests aren't so depressed?

Depending on the exact size of your room (12 x 18 = 180 sq ft) or if it is square, I would think that if you used 2 of these lanterns you would havemore than enough light to brighten up the entire room. These lights are very bright. Hope that helps
