It’s doing what it’s supposed to do but I got the side effects of water retention, and couldn’t poop for a few days. If I wasn’t ultra sensitive to this dose, I’d of finished the bottle. That was only on 3 doses. 😂 it’s been 4 days after my last dose and I feel 1/2 way normal. I tho k this will work, but the dose is way too high for me…

This pregnenolone supplement is exactly as advertised. It’s easy to take and simple to add into my daily hormone support routine. Happy with the product so far.
