Mine is probably not the only review you'll read on here, like you I scanned them all and the negative 1 or 2 stars stuck out, I was worried about performance, about quality and I was worried that although £60ish pounds for a phone wasn't a lot, it was still £60 of my money and not a small enough amount to buy something that's rubbish.I'm pleased to say the worry was unnecessary and the phone is perfectly good.My back ground is UK 41 Male, I have worked in IT, I know my way around electrical items, I don't buy labels without good reason - and I love a bargain!The phone replaced a 2 month old Samsung which got lost - the phone it replaced was superior, but the difference between the two isn't significant for me to regret this purchase.The phone isn't lightening fast in between changes of App or screen, again - I expected this, as should you, the technology invested in reducing IT latency is immense, you wouldn't be able to include those processors in a phone that sells for £60. But the processors which have been used in this phone do the job, there's no significant lag or delay I'm sure we've all experienced from our 'old phone'.Some reviews complain about the difficulty in getting the SIM card in - you just need to prize the tray out of the side, not too difficult, but if you struggle with fine motor skills, you might need support (Google search Ulefone Note 7 SIM insert)Bad things? The Camera is, functional. I needs good light, and a steady hand. Although great photos may be able to be taken, I think you'd need some practice.I'm happy with this phone, it has only been a few days, but I'm happy, I think you will be to.

How do I fit a sim card to this This product came without any instruction on how to put a sim card in or other working instructions Could you possibly send me some instruction on how to use

Just wanted to update my review,after a few problems when i first got the phone it was sorted really quickly, customer service was excellent and couldn't have asked for anymore help,have my new phone and it's great no problems at all and would definitely recommend to anyone great value for money

Brought this as a replacement for my broken pixel XL. The phone itself looks the part and feels very solid. The problems start when you try to use it though, the phone is slow and struggles to open and keep running apps. It has crashed on me several times for no apparent reason, the screen resolution isnt great and the camera will take a few photos before crashing. It does however make and answer phone calls and the battery is good, probably down to not being able to use any apps. I understand that you get what you pay for, in the sense that this is a very cheap phone so I would advise that if you are used to using a Samsung, iPhone or any other known brand, don't expect anything close to the same performance.

I was on a tight budget & needed a new phone with a large clear screen. I spent a lot of time looking into this particular model & was almost put off by the negative reviews. After much deliration I opted to get this handset and I am so glad I did.First & foremost it delivered what I needed, a large clear screen. It's easy to type on and easy to see. In fact, I was quite blown away by the clarity for such a budget model. The HD quality is lovely. I mostly use my device for messages apps like Discord, watching videos & as a second screen for when I stream video games. I've had little to no issue.Battery life so far has been decent. Lasting a day & a half with heavy usage. This will likely decrease over time, of course.The overall look of the phone is very stylish and it feels nice to use. I appreciated the cover that was included in the package. The cover is of very decent quality and is akin to something that would retail £5-£10 on it's own.Now I would like to address a lot of the common complaints I've seen in the negative reviews.“The apps are slow”; IF you have a lot of apps opened & don't close them or if an app is pretty heavy on memory (like an online game) you MAY experience some slow down. It usually sorts it's self out in a second or 2 & is certainly much better if you close apps you're finished using or by giving the phone a hard reset. It has 1GB of ram, it's not powerful but unless you're running 5+ apps at once, it shouldn't be an issue!“The camera quality is terrible”; The camera is nothing remarkable. The front facing camera takes consistently oversaturated photos. The rear camera is adequate enough, it takes clear decent looking pictures. But both cameras are fine for the price of the phone.“It's cheap! It's not as good as a Samsung! Etc!”; Urm, yeah! That's kinda the whole point! Look, I don't wanna come across as rude & I know the design is very similar to some recent Samsung phones. But if you're going to compare a cheap low tier phone to one of the worlds more established brands whose handsets are generally double/triple+ the price of this. Then, more fool you.Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I knew what I was buying. A cheap & cheerful phone that does what I need it to do for now. I fully expect that there will be issues down the line (same as ANY OTHER PHONE). If you need something big, clear, affordable & you're not a high end social media celebrity then I recommend this. If you're looking for a Samsung alternative that does everything the exact same as a Samung, then use your common sense.EDIT: 5 months in, the phone is still in perfect working condition with 0 issues.

I love this phone it comes with screen saver and a case. It took me a little while to work out were the sim goes the back does come of had to use a knife. But other then that a great phone for cheap price. *****

Awesome handset for the price , amazingly it's got all the features that a expensive handset has. Fast charging facility and good battery life. As a bonus you also get a screen protector and a silicone gel case.
