Bubble Guppies Stacking Cups

The cups nest inside of each other, but nearly every time my 17-month-old daughter opens the biggest one (Mr Grouper), the others are already knocked over inside of him. They also stack on top of each other, but only in size order (there's an indentation at the top of each "head" that fits into the next smallest bottom) and the stack is not sturdy (doesn't seem to bother my little one if I've built the tower since she just wants to knock it down, but she gets frustrated that it falls apart as she's building it herself). She loves bubbles guppies, so recognizes the faces right away, but doesn't do too much with these.I bought them specifically to use for a mini Easter egg hunt for my daughter. Sizes we great for this- was able to fit a tiny square book and 8 crayons into the largest, hairbows into the next (Gil), and puffs and Cheerios into the smallest ones. She was able to open them easily all by herself because the cups do not actually clip closed (the way a plastic easter egg would). I'm rating higher than I otherwise would because it fit the bill nicely for what I was looking for, but if I just wanted stacking cups, I would recommend other ones over this.

My two and a half year old LOVES bubble guppies. He plays with this set all day, every day. He especially loves Mr. Gruper (spelling?). The only downside to these was that they didn't stay together well. They don't interlock, they pretty much just sit on top of the base piece. Not a big deal really, but if you have a kiddo like my son who likes to pick them up and carry them around or play a "scene" with them, it might cause a few tantrums when they keep falling apart.

My 3 year old granddaughter LOVES these stacking cups! She's seen these on the YouTube videos so many times, that she really wanted them, so I turned to Amazon. I believe these have been discontinued, thus the high price. The cups don't "lock" into place, but that doesn't detract from my granddaughter's love for them, and in the end, I'm happy with this purchase.

I love how these cups stack and nest, but of the four characters that the cups make, only one set snugly interlocks. The others sit so loosely that it's very difficult for my daughter to stack or nest them because they just fall apart. There are little holes in the top character cups, maybe to shake water out of....but we can't use them for this either because they don't snugly interlock. Oh well....my daughter still loves them.

When the package came in the mail my 13 month old son ran up to the box and was trying to open it up! He's never tried that before with other toys. We got them yesterday and he's been playing with them ever since. He stacks them and carries his favorite character, Gil, around every where. The cups do not click into place when you put them together, but I see that as a plus for a 1 year old who has little hands. Definitely happy with this purchase!

the nesting idea is cute and my kids love the bubble guppies, but they get discouraged when the cups don't stay together. my two year old daughter & one year old son struggle to assemble them. An adult or older child would have to help put them together and clean them up or else the pieces will be everywhere! Just wish that they snapped together or fit more snug.

Very cheaply made. You want the cups to be easy for the child to separate but these won't stay together at all. My grandson loves Bubble Guppies but these did not to hold his interest after the first day. Also because they don't stay together they separate in the toy box and you have to dig to find them for him to even play with.

These are great, I expected them to snap together and stay together but they are just loose connections but they are easy for smaller kids. My 20 month old loves these!!!

Not worth the price I paid. Cups are way smaller than they seem and don't stay together or stack well.
