Bad. It does not crush the ice cubes. I returned it because of it.

it only stays on as long as you push the button. It's a safety feature and I like it. you can pulse it on and off to achieve the affect you want. I really like this product. it is light weight and more quiet than others

Yes, but really not an issue for quick and easy blending.
