Can’t get better for the price for normal people
Ok, I don’t give 5 stars easily. I live with my sister and we updated our surround system in the living rood to an Yamaha Atmos system with wi-fi and Bluetooth. So I took the old Yamaha RX-V373 to my room. I have an LG 55 inch 4K tv in my room and have an Xbox one x hooked up so wanted 5 speakers for surround sound. Was looking at other speakers but my sister sow these on Amazon for $57.31 for ALL 5 SPEAKERS. New it was a chance but hey, for that price why not. OK, these are not PREMIUM sound but if you want surround sound in a small room on a budget that sounds “good” you can’t go wrong with these for under $60. I am a hard of hearing 59 yr old lady that likes to play world of tanks and world of warships and action movies. I have these in my bedroom along with our old 8” Yamaha subwoofer. Regular tv the center channel is clear and the dialogue is very good and as I said I am hard of hearing. Movie are good but these speakers have only marginal base but still enjoyable especially if going up from tv speakers. An 8” subwoofer will run you $100 to $150 but for games and action movies I highly recommend one when you can. Thanks for your time and hope this helps someone

Great speakers!
We purchased this set because we blew one of our speakers in our set. This set is great quality and sound for the pricing. It is exactly what we expected. We finally connected our subwoofer to the set and they sound amazing. If you shopping for a set of 5 speakers to go with your surround sound.. you know it isn't an easy job. I would definitely recommend these. They were a great purchase!

Great replacement for Yamaha receiver set!!
Great replacement for my Yamaha speakers that came as a set with my receiver yesterday ago. The price is right, they'll hold up at least as long as the old ones.

Sound good, mount holes lacking.
The sound quality of these speakers is above average. Actually, it's fantastic when you consider the price. The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is the incompatibility with my speaker stands. You could easily argue that this is a problem with the stands(Lumi universal), not the speakers. But it was a problem for me non the less. I did not get any screws with the speakers nor stands that would attach the two together. Just a bunch of "universal hardware" that did not work. Guess the speakers were made out of this world.....bad pun, sorry.:)

Sound and quality
Great if you just need surround sound. Terrible if you want clear and full sound. The build quality is good for what they are though.

Good sound, Look great
Exceeded my expectations. Please note I have set the crossover at 80 hz on my amplifier to shift low frequencies to my subwoofer.

bang for buck
this is a great buy for a small amount of dollars.while bigger or taller speakers sound more crisp, these are still worth the money and i would buy another set if needed. I use these for the master bedroom.

Good size
I got one set of these (5.1) and one (5.0) (I have a 7.1 system). They're a good size and weight and mount easily with a standard mounting system. (I used the VideoSecu ones sold here.) Worth the price.
