Works well with Grandstream phones.
I have purchased several of these for use at my company. We use them with several models of Grandstream phones. They come with several adapters to change the pin-out but we did not need to use these adapters with the Grandstreams. They work well most of the time. I sometimes get some static and I have to mess with the volume switch to get it to go away. Would also be nice to have a led to warn you when you are in mute mode. All in all a very good headset for the price.
