EastPoint Sports Deluxe Table and Cue Tip Repair Kit

I found this set and it was pretty simple to use it, the quality of the materials is really good, you just have to look on internet on how to fix them (if you don't already know how to) and then just be patient for the glue to dry and then you are good to play again!

The glue was messed up

Haven't used the kit other than the chalk and sander. The leather tips look like they are of the softer variety and should serve those who prefer that harness on a cue stick very well. Haven't used the glue, but in my experiences, use sparingly. Liquid glue tends to harden the tip too much. Should work though.

I knew reading the reviews it would not come with instructions; however, I did not know how hard it would be to find instructions online either. The table we acquired was torn during a move, so we bought this in order to patch the torn area. My husband and I could not find how to apply the felt pieces to the table anywhere online. The website for this product provides you with an online manual for repairing the cue tips, but it doesn't mention the felt, how to repair tears, or what the black circles are for. If you are going to make a product, at least tell your consumers how they are supposed to use it. Eventually we figured out that the felt has a sticky backing and is just applied over the tear. It's a bit thinner than the material of the table, but it will work. You get what you pay for with this.

@ $4 , it's ok. There's a Mizerak tip repair kit with exactly the same contents but is more expensive. I used it to learn/study how to replace/re-tip my cue sticks. I used its 13mm tips, tube shaper, gel glue, chalk only. I experimented on my used screw-on tips. I cut off the remaining tip, sanded it , placed gel glue on it, ( I also tried krazy glue and it works.) stuck on the Eastpoint tip. I tried pushing down on it (as I saw on some youtube vids), but it didn't work. i.e. the tip didn't stick on well. After 30mins drying, I used the Eastpoint blue shaper, finishing with sandpaper . I used a dime as guide. I centered the tip using a rolled wax paper. I read you can use toothpicks to center the tip, but I didn't have any so I used a rolled up wax paper. It worked. Here are some pix of what I did.After a few more experiments, I'm sure I'll feel confident I can re-tip using Le Pro, even a Kamui layered tip.Btw, the pix with 2 cue sticks is for comparison. I was just looking for glue and tips but this kit was all I could find and was affordable.Everything works well.

I bought for the replacement tips, and the rest was gravy.

Llegó antes de lo programado, las botanas (cue tips) no son de la más alta calidad, y son de distintos grosores, de los 4mm a los 6mm, se obtiene justo lo que se paga. Lo más importante es que mi taco ya está mejor que antes, y si quiero sustituir la botana por una mucho más cara, ya tengo la herramienta necesaria. Ya estoy en espera del viernes para poder probar el performance de mi taco y su nueva botana, gracias excelente servicio

Le falta por lo menos un instructivo o algo similar que te indique para que es todo el kit o como usarlo.. yo lo compro por las puntas...
