BEST DIAPER CREAM EVER!!!!!
LOVE this product. Only thing I wish was different was I wish it came in a bigger size instead of just the 3oz tubes. SO worth the money tho!! I used to use desitin max strength daily since i only had one tube of this and i ran out. The desitin seemed to help but it took so long!! It also gave baby dry skin in his thigh crease so I used A+D prevent diaper ointment to heal the dry skin while i waited for my new tube of berts bees to come in and by that point he had a little rash which cleared up in one day!! Im definitely using the A+D while he has no rash symptoms and use this when he starts to get a rash or redness so J dont have to go through the berts bees so quick. Which doesnt worry me at all because it literally only takes 1 day to heal the rash with this. Usually zinc oxide, especially 40%, is a lot and dries out his skin (desitin max strength does this) but the berts bees doesnt at all! Super creamy, thick, moisturizing, smells super good, and works wonders!! Definitely recommend this product!!

If you use cloth diapers!
Best natural, petroleum free, cream we have used. Others are not as “paste” like and do not stick to the skin as well as this one. A little expensive but well worth it. One tube lasts us a month and it covers the bottom very well (even when applied thinly-probably thanks to the 40% zinc). If you cloth diaper this will tend to stain. When I rinse the diaper before putting in the wetbag I use dawn soap on the stain and scrub vigoriously then rinse very, very well to get all the soap out. Almost all of the time I can get everything out. Every once in a while a little will remain. It’s still worth it to me. I have not found Bordeaux’s natural buttpaste or Babyganics to come close to the efficiency and effectiveness of Burt’s Bees. Still using cloth full time and Birt’s Bees when baby’s butt is in need (even a thin application works very well). Updated to add; One downfall is the tube in which it’s in. I find I have to cut open the tube to get the last half ounce or so that is left when the tube is empty. (I cut open tube and put the remaining paste in small glass container). If it were in a tub this would not be an issue and I would not be wasting any product. (Or wasting my time getting the last half ounce out of the darn tube.) For an expensive product I really do not want to waste any of it! But that would be the only thing I would change. Good luck!!

SUPER product, fast, effective healing&relief...great for super sensitive babies, even yeast rashes-AND best burn cream!!!
I was a fan of Dr Smiths diaper cream for my first 4 children...THEN number 5 was born with skin so sensitive that EVERYTHING seems to irritate it(Vaseline makes this kid break out in bleeding blisters). So no more Dr Smith, but shes still a baby, she still gets diaper rash on occasion, now what? I was using coconut oil, but it didnt heal overly well, but it was something...and made me feel like I was doing SOMETHING for her instead of watching her suffer. We had tried prescription creams, they were too harsh and were often petroleum based and made her bleed, nothing worked. I decided to give this a try, hoping it wouldnt make her rashes worse like the Dr Smiths did(imagine applying a healing cream only to make the rash 10x worse-awful feeling for mom). I was cautiously optimistic. IT WORKS and the babies love it!!! When using Dr Smiths, my kiddos would squirm, I always assumed it was just because I was touching and rubbing a sore spot, cream or no. HOWEVER, I have now determined this to be incorrect, when using the Burts Bees diaper cream, they go still and seem to experience relief immediately...omg, what a difference!!! Not only do they experience immediate relief, the rash disappears so fast(often by the time of the next diaper change), rashes that would take 1-3days to heal with other creams were gone in a few hours!!! It also works for my ultra sensitive skin girl, so we have switched from a 13yr loyalty to Dr Smiths and now only use burts bees diaper ointment, I would never go back to any other product!!! I use it for the 1 and 2yr olds in diapers and the 3yr old who wears pullups at night and is an occasional yeast rash sufferer. Edit: We had a bbq this week and a flare up caused blistering burns all over my husbands face and arms. The ER was concerned with discoloration, I told him not to worry, I applied this cream to his face, neck, and arms each night and within 3days there was no more fear of discoloration, his burns were healing nicely and his face was not discolored(and it healed much faster than the 2-4wks the doctor stated).

Best Cream for Baby - Beware White Fingers
I love this cream. My fingers hate them. But my baby rules. Before I discovered BB's I was a firm believer of Triple Paste and Bordeaux Butt Paste. Since discovering this product, I am sticking with it. It is petrochemical free (both TP and Broudeaux has petrolatum - in fact, TP's main ingredient is petrolatum). It is also paraben free which IMHO should be completely banned especially from baby products (check out the ingredients on Destitin and other major brands). This cream rocks because it smells good but most of all, it is both emollient and comes on thickly at the same time. This is how a good diaper rash cream should work -- it should be thick enough where it acts as a real difficult-to-liquify protective barrier to pee and poop - the third ingredient in this cream is beeswax and that's probably why. My trouble with alot of the creams out there is it is so easy to wipe off with liquid. That includes Broudeaux. yet it is emollient enough where I can glide it on easily - the first ingredient is Almond Oil. This cream is also Zinc Oxide heavy - it is the 2nd ingredient. Zinc Oxide is antibacterial and does not absorb into skin. Other ingredients include jojoba seed oil, lavendar oil, calendula oil - all calming and soothing to the skin. It seems to be preserved with Vitamin E (tocopherol). But my right index finger is perpetually white! Mainly because it is such a firm and strong protective barrier getting it off the crevices of my finger whorls and wrinkles is quite hard. I go through a 3oz tube in a month typically and each use requires only a pea size dollop since it is so nice and thick. Worth EVERY penny.

This is the only diaper cream I will use...
and I have tried them ALL (Boudreaux's Butt Paste, A&D, A&D cream, 7th Generation, Desitin, the Honest Company, and I'm sure more that I cannot think of right now). This stuff is FABULOUS. It's the only kind that can cure my son's diaper rashes that flare up with his icky teething-diapers...poor guy. It is super thick and creamy. Some have mentioned the oil that can pour out during the first few times of use...I just massage the tube before using and this seems to incorporate the oils again. This is just natural separation of the oils from the cream. Not only does this stuff smell AMAZING (Burt's Bees Baby Bee single-handedly turned me into a lavender-scent-lover...Hated the smell before) but it STAYS on his butt until the next changing!!! This is awesome because it means the diaper doesn't just rub it off. Knowing how sore his butt looks sometimes, this makes me feel like I might be taking away some of the discomfort. In fact, he became a totally pain in the butt (pun intended) during diaper changes: fighting me SO HARD that I dreaded changing him...this made them so much easier because I think he is less sore!! My only complaint is that it took me almost two years to discover that I'll never use another diaper cream again.

Works wonderfully, but not an every day product
This is a good diaper paste for active rashes, but it's not great for day to day applications. It's a fairly thick zinc-oxide ointment. It makes a tremendous mess, but fortunately it's mostly contained in the diaper. It does a great job of clearing up the rash in days or even hours. I find it to be more effective than Bordeaux's Butt paste and it smells much better. The relief is visible on my daughter's face when I apply this product to a rash. Her mood improves instantly. I also sometimes use A+D Treat ointment. I'm not all-in on the all-natural band wagon. But I do seem to have a lot of Burt's Bees products around the house. For day-to-day barrier use I use the Burt's Bee's baby balm. I also have Burt's Bees bubble bath, shampoo and lotion. I find this company's products to be gentle and effective. This diaper ointment is no exception. There are some downsides to this product. There is the mess. Plus it'd difficult to get out of the tube, especially toward the end. It's also a little bit pricey. It requires a fair bit of scrubbing to remove all the residual cream. If you're struggling with a diaper rash or want a tool in your arsenal (for the inevitable) I would recommend this product or the A+D treat. They seem to be about equally effective.

Best stuff ever
I have been using this product for about 20 years now on myself. I began using it while pregnant with my first son when I started to notice that I was sweating all the time and Was worried about body odor. Also being a heavier person, I was concerned with chafing. One of my friends put me onto this product and a tiny bit goes a long way if you apply it directly after a shower. It’s also a perfect product for soothing skin after shaving your bikini line. Over the years, my routine a little bit, and I mix this with pure coconut oil to make it a little bit, lighter and consistency. Of all the different rash creams and different things. I think this is the best product and it has a very pleasant smell.

Far and away the best that we have tried.
We tried this recently for VERY nasty diaper rash that our newborn son had developed. We were changing him regularly and washing him carefully after each changing. We had been using Dr. Smith's and then Boudreaux's Buttpaste on the recommendation of a friend. Neither one of those worked, and in fact, the rash developed while we were using Dr. Smith's. We were ready to take him in to the Pediatrician because things were so raw, and the rash seemed to be spreading despite all of our careful efforts. Within two days of using this, the rash started to noticeably improve in the form of being far less red, and starting to heal over. Within about 5 days it was completely gone. In addition, the consistency of the cream is far better in that it covered all of the sores. The other creams would sort of slide past the sores when you were spreading it around rather than cover them completely, which meant they weren't staying clean and dry when he would pee and poop. The Burt's Bees max strength cream is awesome, and we are complete converts. I used to laugh at Burt's Bees and couldn't see what the fuss was about. This dad is convinced, and in fact, I just bought two more tubes of it so that we will always have some on hand if things start to get out of control again.

Gentle, natural, and reliable — we love it
We’ve been using this cream for a while now and have bought it multiple times because it works so well for our baby. The cream is gentle, soothing, and made from natural ingredients, which gives me peace of mind when applying it to delicate skin. It absorbs nicely, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and helps keep our baby’s skin soft and comfortable. We’ve had very positive results and haven’t experienced any irritation. It's very thick, so you don't need to use a lot of it. Overall, this is a very good, reliable product that we’ll continue to repurchase. Highly recommended for parents looking for a natural and effective baby cream. Pros: - Gentle and natural formula - Works well for sensitive baby skin - Absorbs easily, not greasy - Reliable — we’ve bought it multiple times Cons: - None

The ONLY Diaper Cream You Need!
The ONLY diaper cream we use on our baby! It heals his skin within less than a day. It even helps calm mosquito bites and drool rash. The slight lavender scent is so calming for both the baby and I - highly recommend!
