This is a wonderful book with vintage-looking projects to create from fabric and wool. Included in the book are 25 separate patterns (on removable pages in the back of the book). Patterns must be enlarged before use. Most of the projects in the book are made using raw-edge wool applique, and all of the projects are easy enough for a beginner to complete successfully. I love the look and the vintage feel of the completed projects. The directions included are complete and easy to understand. I recommend this book. Please mark if you find my review helpful. It is a rare book of patterns that makes me feel inspired to complete each and every project! Complete with good instructions and lots of color pictures. This one is worth purchasing.

Really enjoying this book. Not one to hang decorations off bottles but love the patterns. Going to make gorgeous pillows. Many can be made into a quilt or table runner too. Thanks so much.

I bought this on impulse so agree it is my error. I love retro style, sewing and quilting. However I returned this purely because there were far too many limited use/seasonal type items for Halloween and Christmas. Purely on that there wasn't enough content in the book of benefit to me personally. No offence to the author as it's a very nice book.

Lots of nostalgia with these terrific patterns.
