Follow the instructions
The battery and tools arrived quickly, nicely presented in a sleek black box with clear instructions which advised I watch the video also. I couldn't find a video at the ScandiTech site for the iPhone SE but the 5/5S video was near enough identical so I went with that. I'm a techie but my experience with Apple phone replacement was zero so I went into it with some anxiety but will say the following - you can do it! Read the instructions, go slow, watch the video over if you need to, keep track of what you take out of where so you can reassemble it again - the video makes this clear, and you should be fine.Notes...1. The screws are, as the instructions say, TINY! Use the right tool from the kit for them as per the video.2. Remember the screw placement. Lay them out on something so you know.3. When you reattach the screen and home button connectors it may feel like they're not attached, but when you get it right you will feel a slight click.4. The home button connector has a little metal cover that is a butt to get back on. Note the shape of it before you place it in with the tweezers. There are two holes in the metal above the connector that the two notches slip into. Get them in, then gently apply pressure until the other notch clicks in on the other side.5. The glue holding the battery was the difficult bit. I could not find the strip I had to cut despite watching the video lots of times so had to ease the battery out from the bottom left / right corners with some carefully applied force and yes the battery does bend a little as you work your way down the edges. Just keep easing away gently and it'll loosen up. Just be steady and patient.I've included a photo of the glue so you know what to expect, and also the battery readout after putting the new battery in. It seems to be doing fine so far.

Iphone SE rises from the ashes.
I want to keep my original SE running for as long as its supported... the original battery was holding charge for 4 hours max. This Kit is a BARGAIN. All the tools needed. Battery has great life. Yes the replacement was a little nerve-wracking. Just keep all your screws separate and in order. Don't drink coffee beforehand!!My adhesive strips tore immediately so I repeatedly heated the back of the phone with a hairdryer and wiggled the spatula under the battery little by little.. getting through the adhesive a few millimeters overtime before the glue cooled down again.. Did about 10 cycles of heating and the glue gave way. The old battery will flex some.. just don't bend it too much or overheat it. It may explode if punctured or bent to far apparently. But Im glad I did this. Cant find tiny phones these days, especially without all the face recognition/biometric garbage I dont want.

easy replacement but short battery life
Perfect fit. More tools than needed for the job. Great online instructions. Problem is that the new battery's longevity is marginal at best. Granted it's better than the 1+ hour the original battery was getting at the end of its life cycle but I had hoped to get at least a full day out of a full charge but by 10:30 this morning battery was already down to 15% and I'm plugged back in to a charger to keep it going through the day. My estimate is I'm at best getting 4-5 hours run time.

Great Kit, Battery Works
I was really happy with this product and the install process. Little touches like magnetized drivers, a rotating top to the screwdriver, and the design of the tweezers show that a lot of thought went into this kit.Tips on changing an Iphone SE battery: mostly, just follow the provided instructions. Be very careful when lifting out the screen; it's easy to pop it out too fast and tear the cable which connects to the home button. When removing the battery, first try to pull the tape. The adhesive tape comes out as it stretches. Ideally, you can remove the battery just by doing this. It's worth watching a youtube video first. If you need to pry up a side of the battery, the plastic thing included probably isn't going to be strong enough. I ended up using a putty knife until I could grab the tape with tweezers.

Still Dead Phone
It was a pain getting the old Battery out. Finally got it out, installed new Battery but reattaching cables was hard. they seem to be attached properly but Phone wouldn't charged. Took apart again and reseated Cables but still nothing. Not sure they'll take it back .. The Home button cable is so flimsy and it's hard to tell if it's positioned correctly. Poor design in my opinion. It doesn't "snap" in place etc. Your just guessing if it's in the right place.

Unsatisfactory (short) battery life
Chose this particular replacement battery based on description, reviews and ratings. Installation was straightforward following online directions and tools provided. Initial battery performance was fine.As of 6 months (to the day) after this battery was installed, the "maximum capacity" rating is 65% in the battery health section of the iPhone's settings.Even for an aftermarket replacement battery, this is very poor in my opinion.

It is not worth it. Take it to an Apple auth repair shop
I lost my phone trying to replace the battery. Yes, I know this is not easy for everyone. My gripes are with the lack of instruction for SE and missing tool to get the fingerprint sensor cable. I had to watch many other videos to figure out how to replace the battery. I got it all put back. But the screen would not work. I can see my phone was online based on the find my phone status. Not planning to spend more to fix the screen. So, be careful fellow shoppers.

Solid product with great support material
What really distinguishes this kit apart from the other battery kits out there is the support material they provide you with in order to safely perform the battery swap. When it comes down to it, no matter how you look at it, swapping the battery in an iPhone is a real pain and requires a lot of patience. Following ScandiTech's video on youtube made me feel a lot safer about performing this swap by calling out all the things I have to look out for in the next step to prevent damage to phone. Now on to the battery itself, it was well worth the purchase. Before the swap my battery would last half a day but now it's back to normal with a full day and maybe even a day and a half worth of charge when I'm not using it as much. I would definitely buy this again if my battery starts failing down the line.
